Welp my previous question about permission doesn't even matter anyway the rules changed again in the last couple hours to allow stolen content again with credits. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
To clarify, this has been the case since a while: You can use content belonging to other games, as far you credit them. If we receive a copyright complaint, the mod will be taken down. The recent rules update reworded some parts and clarified/explicated some additional cases (mostly other users' content). This specific case scenario is unchanged from what was already in place: What is uploaded to the forum is direct responsibility of the user that uploads.
Content taken without explicit permission is stolen. I mean the rule updates earlier this year(not the new one from today) were explained to me by staff differently(not to cause an argument, only trying to justify my actions in why I ask if people have permission) Apologies for cluttering the thread continue on and pretend I was never here.

I port models from other games into beam for fun, it wouldve been a bummer to literally have threads and months of work just deleted because i cant have permission from a multi million dollar company that they also are tied with copyrights issues n such. Im glad i can still work on mods even tho i cant get permission from forza. Been working on a hoonicorn for the past 2-3 years now.. wouldve sucked if that suddenly became all for nothing.
