Greetings all, I generally don't have the patience to mess around with the depth of field special camera effects-- far blur, near blur, focal distance, blah, blah, blah... but today I decided to pull out all the f-stops (ha-ha!! pardon the pun!); and give it a try. I am simply amazed with how the effect of the foreground and background blurry, while only the front grille and equally distant areas are in focus. Really brings out the subject and makes it crisp. I'd never really though about it before. I'll have to try recording the saved video that this screen shot was derived from, and see what amounts from that. I also just discovered the 1969 Plymouth Fury that was released awhile ago. What an amazing car in the terms of looks and overall geometry. What it lacks in fancy doo-dads it does very well by simply being pretty as hell! I'd have liked to have selected burgundy instead of navy blue before my recording, but the navy still looks pretty darn good. For what it's worth here it goes: Map: East Coast, USA Location: Far north bridge at the head of the river Time: 0.94 TOD (10:30am... converted *GAME* time, from decimal days to Hrs:Mins after midnight, give or take (assuming every 0.01 TOD = aprox. 14 minutes)).
