What do you guys think of the new Roamer?

I really love the late 90s early 2ks blobbyness. I hope they do some similar facelifts for other cars like the older pessima or the grand marshal

Yeah, honestly for the facelift I agree it could've done with some more modifying in the interior instead of making the colors nicer and changing like 2 items in the center console lmao

It feels like the update killed half the mods on the repo...thankfully mine still work so I don't have to update them
The roamer is pretty friggin cool. I like it.

And also, apparently, after 0.20, the D15 2001 facelift will fuck up the Roamer's headlight and taillight materials, probably has something to do with the fact that they share parts.

 

I like the new one, because it looks more european.

 

Blue interior is also fucked for me, but I have not diagnosed it yet

Yeah, it'd be nice to keep record of mods that will mess up the vanilla content and mess up other mods

 

Very much what I expect from a late 90's- 2000s American SUV. Mind you the front end does seem a bit too flashy for a lower end brand, seems more like it would fit under a brand like Cadillac.

 

Yeah, it appears to be a mix of that generation of Escalade and the Toyota Land Cruiser 100/105 series.

 

The newer version is a welcome addition to Beam's lore in my book, and it fits in perfectly with the SUVs of the early 2000s in terms of styling, especially the Land Cruiser.

the excursion is not that ugly, but mainly because of the truck it was based on, but other than that i agree

 

100% agree with it being too flashy. The bodywork and IMO even the new 3 spoke wheels would be perfect for a 1999-2003 luxury marque, but as a 2006 Roamer it just doesn't feel right. Just toss on some new badges, delete the base model, and add some little interior details.
