What are your computer specs? You may have to update your GPU drivers. The ETK 1300 SUV is a mod that can be found in the in game repository or on the forums here.

I know I have an intel processor, it keeps giving me warnings about that. 16 gigs RAM, and 2TB storage.
Dell Optiplex 7170 (I plan on shoving more power under the hood soon)

Hmm, it doesn't say you have a GPU, is that correct? Or are you using Intel integrated graphics?

he must be using integrated graphics, which a really bad idea for gaming because integrated graphics suck.

you should go grab a gpu, a GTX 1060 6gb would work perfect and they are pretty cheap.

Sounds like your disk is failing, or you need a fresh install of Windows 10. Could also be caused by a virus, could be many things. But I would try install a new Windows 10, if it's still bad then I would buy a new disk.
Is it a SSD or HDD? If you don't know this, just download speccy as it'll be easier to tell your exact specs. ¨

As for how much a 1060 is, just look for a used one in your area. It depends where you're from. However, I guess you should get them for around 160 dollars.
I can highly recommend it. You get a great GPU for not a lot of money. I use it myself :)

Oh and installing it is even easier, you just push it in to the GPU slot, plug it in, and you're all set, you might need to update the drivers though.
And if you looked carefully, it said that it was an HDD, and the reason why it is horrible on startup, is because of the HDD, it is slow. Typically you install the OS on an SSD, not an HDD, because sometimes it can brick your computer. So I would suggest buying a SSD and getting a fresh copy of Windows and get a new GPU.

damn, are you kidding me? the computer is literally new to me by a few days... like, it was bought refurbished at still over 500$ ugh, I feel terrible, the damn thing is nearly new! how can parts be failing and I just got the computer like a few weeks ago. I'm PISSED that it is HDD! I am on a tight budget, so where can I go to get upgrades with keeping in mind that my money is limited?

The parts aren't necessarily failing, it's just that Windows 10 doesn't run well on a hard drive. The drive is most likely fine, just overwhelmed by all the programs running at once when you start your PC. If upgrading to an SSD isn't something you can do at the moment, I would recommend disabling any programs that start up with the computer and running a Malwarebytes scan to identify and get rid of any potentially unwanted programs. On the other hand, the blue boxes are most likely caused by the Intel Graphics which have been known to cause major problems in the game since 0.16. Your best bet is to make sure your graphics drivers are as up to date as possible. If that doesn't work a budget graphics card such as a RX 570 or 1060 6GB would fix your issue.
