No. The beaver name has been chosen a while ago, but I changed the brand name to Labrador a few days before release because the old one didn't sound great IMHO. It refers to this : https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Labrador
Well, both labrador retrievers and beavers are Canadian, and enjoy swimming, so I think it turned out well either way.
a trailer with its own motor (or even just the ability to hook 2 beavers together in tandem) would be a cool feature.
Yeah, I can't help on the beaver part, but that trailer does power itself. Edit: I realized you guys want the trailer to power itself when connected as well, and yes, that might jackknife
But a coupler receives electrics values from its host doesn't it ? So maybe a lua file can provide a power reduction like the trailer only propels a certain percentage of the host engine

A favorite mod of mine, though I've noticed the CVT logic could use some major improvements. For starters, it drives/drifts forward in drive with the engine completely shut off. Second off, simple belt CVTs have a "neutral" zone at engine idle, where it does not have any imput, and can simply coast. Thirdly (I'm unaware if this is the CVT bogging down the engine or the engine having a ton of inertia), when at a stop, and then quickly pressing down on the gas, it seems the engine takes it's good ol time getting into the powerband. From my experience, this is anything but the case irl. Simple belt CVT's are quite peppy for what they are, and are much more responsive than this. Thanks for reading this massive paragraph if you got this far, and I hope this doesn't seem like I'm reaching for straws.
