Is there a reason the Automatic Gears app doesnt stay when you restart? Seems fairly inconstant between apps, some remember their position, some forget their size. Edit* Actually just realised its not the Automatic Gears app, its fine. Its the Dashboard indicators app which always disappears.
Thankies. Wow the bolide handles well now, even with keyboard, totally driveable! And somewhat driftable, should connect my DFP to try it out.
Speaking of auto gearboxes. The brake lights come on whenever a vehicle is in park. Is it just me or are other people seeing this?
Well let me go back to it. I forgot to clarify. It's 0-60 miles per hour, not km/h. Oops. I tried 0-60 km/h and got about the same as you.
And i thought that i could play this game with my better computer. Silly me! All i ever get with this game is frame rate drops and lag. And then there's these people out there who have computers that are $3000 saying that beamNG runs great and showing off thinking that they are so cool. I know that it is very hard to make a game with a realistic physics engine but whats the point in making it if only the people who have $3000 can play it? I really hope that this game improves in the future. (sorry for all of the rage and sarcasm, i had a bit of a bad day)
Can anyone advise the best way to update? my update.exe is changed to .exe.old Tried re-naming that to .exe and running it but I get an error saying unable to download update. Suggestions? Thanks!
I went onto the site to get the updater setup but the update tab dissapered so...(noob moment alert) where do i get the new update? oh and when i run the updater from the start menu it says "unable to download file: version.txt"
That's what I did and got 8 or so seconds. Is your fps really low or something? I did this on the empty gridmap.
I bought my PC one year ago with $650 and BeamNG runs perfect on it, no lag spikes and other things. It runs with around 40-50 fps. Even the race update runs perfect! The whorst is 17 fps. Sent from my GT-I9070 using Tapatalk 2
i payed about $300 for my pc, runs beamng fine at lowest settings (and i eventually plan to upgrade the gpu so that i can play at max settings, which would only be about a $300 upgrade (gpu+psu price) so no, you don't need $3000 to play this game
Well the most important rule is never buy an pre-built pc...they are way overpriced for what they can achieve most of the time...or if you do at least inform yourself about the pieces that are inside and stop complaining about stuff you clearly have no idea of(allthough I can feel your pain please don't blame others for what is completely your fault..)...I've upgraded my pc for 450€ (ca.570$) and I play BeamNG on the highest settings with no problems...
