What can i change to make it playable with traffic on

Hey, i have a r5 2600, a rtx 2060, 16gb ram 2400mhz and i was wondering what could i change to make it stable with trafic au 60 fps always. Maybe an r7?

That system should be able to handle traffic just fine. How many cars are you trying to run?

 

i just go to ai and click on the ai button

 

While in a game map press esc. Find Options from the left side menu. Choose Gameplay - Traffic, and lower the Max amount of vehicles until you're happy with your fps.

 

ok thanks but what if i want more cars should i get a better cpu?

12 is probably a bit much for that cpu. I would try to lower the max cars to 6 or 7. To answer your question, yes, if you wanted more cars then you would need a processor with more cores.

works well on utah at 5 cars

 

That would work, but an upgrade to zen 2 would get you better performance in all games. A 3700x would probably be your best bet if you can afford it. With either of those you could run 8-9 cars on pretty much every map.
