I'm not quite sure what you mean by "proper" taillights. It has the standard ones.

The Bluebuck's taillights look accurately sized to me.

only if they were housed in massive chrome pods, I get it sure its not '50s and I know they're meant to be reminiscent of Dodge 880 but still. Its the one thing, the ONE thing that breaks the illusion of driving a mid '60s sedan and its those ridiculous little taillights

Well lots of configurations, especially the V8 Sport that comes with a Heavy Duty Front Sway Bar, have no rear sway bar factory installed.

i guess that's to get the car to be less ridiculously oversteery.

well most basic family sedans didn't get rear sway bars until the late '70s, and sport cars (american and australian) until the mid '70s so i see no issue here

The air suspension Cadillacs had a sort of sway bar, but it can't considered one. In 1955 the Alfa Romeo 1900 TI super had sway bars and that was a sporty sedan, the big american boats wouldn't have them until the 70s, excluding high performance cars

Chevrolet impalas from 61-65 all had those dinky little taillights, and the bluebuck has some design elements from the impala. So I would say it a completely accepteble size considering it's real life counterpart.

It's a bit nit-picky, but there are two details I'd change on the Bluebuck. First, I believe it's rear-view mirror is anachronistic in that it's the type with a base that adheres to the windshield. I don't know when they started doing that, but every 60s era car I've seen has the mirror attached to a metal stalk that mounts onto the windshield frame (or some whacky dash mounted thing like Chryslers had).

Second, it would be really nice to have a mid-trim full sized wheel cover option. The smaller center cap covers look good for lower trims and the RoadSport wheel covers look great, but should really be reserved for the high performance models. It was extremely common for regular cars at the time to have normal full sized wheel covers.

    Two stellar observations.

I hope the devs see this. The wheel covers, especially, are lacking. Full wheel covers should probably be on the Mid/upper level Marshall trims at least.

I'd also like to have wheels that can be painted on their own but I don't know if it's possible and it probably doesn't belong in this thread.

Oh yeah, that's a good call, too. They have the body colored wheels, so I imagine having secondary or tertiary colored wheels would be really easy to do like they have with the colorable interiors and two tone paintjobs. That way, the wheels could be colored to match roof colors.
