Hey ! Update is progressing but slowlier than i expected, as this is not in top of my priorities regarding my shedule. So as i see it now, don't expect to be released before next week.

Hey sir! wondered if you would offer the 1985 steering wheel design (has a squarish center with a connecting post on the lower rt and lower left side of the squarish horn hub.

Why does it spawn without front wheels, but on version 0.14.0.5-dx10 it spawns correctly?

 

The 0.20 update changed the LUA, which means it corrupted the car in that way, rendering it broken and outdated. SergentFido is trying to fix it.

 

I'm not trying, it's fixed It's only that i have to update all the 150 presets because of missing wheels due to name changes in the core files, and also i've improved car colors accuracy.
So it takes time and to be honest, it's a bit painful. Creating is fun, update is far less. But i'm proceding currently and it will be soon updated

More details : Regency is completed, i'm on the Caprice and then i'll update the Delta 88.

 

Wow! Thank you so much; these cars are from my childhood and tweens timeframe (born in 1973), and I just loved their ride quality, plus they continued to democratize "affordable" luxury. Thank you, SergentFido!

 

Other details that take time : for some reasons, details like roof emblems, worn out lights skins and maybe others have been reseted to empty in almost all presets, so i have to check all of this and bring them back. I won't be surprised that i missed some details and will have to re-upload after community feedback

 

I am certain, no matter what, the modification will be just as enjoyable. It is a lot for people to ask for perfection, especially when they do not bear the burden of creating it and maintaining it.

 

Just to tell you, even if the update broke the mod its still a beautiful and my number one fav mod!

Wouldn't it be cool to also have the 1985-forward downsized large GM cars; I know the LeGran is supposed to 'emulate' that era, combining the K-car Chryslers and A-body GMs, but those large FWD GM cars (Including the Cadillac Sedan DeVille) were a big turning point for GM.
