To be fair, while a V6 might be cool, the primary appeal of small Japanese cars from this era to tuners is in the small, relatively weak engines. Because they are so small, and especially if you put in stronger bottom end parts, they are able to rev extremely high, and lend themselves surprisingly well to modification.

you could do 1 engine with 1 cilinder and another with 2 it would be funny to have an bi cilinder turbocharger or maybe twin. ( obs: an diesel engine could be cool too).
alternative solution; stop asking for dumb engine swaps that will never fit, IE anything larger than 1.6L with more than 4 cylinders
