Released New Crash Sounds

Hello everyone . That's my first mod for BeamNG . Standard crash sound bored me . So I decided to make new sound. May be they are not similar real crash sound , but it sounds better than old. Hope devs. will give us the chance to add many different sounds , as accidents and engine sounds .

The second sound file rename from 1crash to crash .

Installation:
Place crash.ogg to BeamNG/alpha_prerace/art/sound . Make back up .

Don't pay attention for low FPS . It was recorded on granpa's PC

I like it, but at this stage unfortunately the fact that we can only have one crash sound kinda ruins it.. but this does sound way better than the original crash sound!

Quite nice, A little loud with a huge crash but only because the way BeamNG plays it every beam break.Good work

It's good but seems too long when you crash if you just had maybe a single bang that way it won't overlap like how the original sound is. That's just me though so do with this what you want nice engine sound btw .

sounds are nice but the sound system in beamng currently is just wrong. so no matter what crash sound or engine sounds etc you put ingame. it will always sound horrible

i think we have to wait till the devs write a new code for the sounds.

i mean the physics angine is next gen but the sound system is like on my 20 year old gameboy

 

It's a bit too loud IMO but nevetherless it sounds good!

Hey, this mod is awesome and I'm so happy that someone made this. But, question I also have been trying to change the crash sounds but my crash.ogg file isn't working? Could you maybe help me?

 

I swear I have been looking for one of these mods forever and I finally find one. Thank you nikobelichgta5 and Nemesis!
