Case: road rage followed by police intervention, July 21st 2018.

Description: while leaving an amateur racing event to go to a scrapyard and pick up some parts, a pickup driver was in his usual post-event state- not quite fully aware, but very much on edge and ready to explode. When an SUV pulled out in front of him, he refused to let it pass him before being forced to concede by oncoming traffic. When the traffic cleared, though, he overtook the SUV, brake-checking it, then pulling further forward and reversing into it. All of this was caught on a dashcam in the SUV, and using that its owner called the police, who found the truck not far away. It was not going to stop, though, until another traffic collision allowed the police to block it in and apprehend the extremely aggressive driver.

Injuries: the SUV driver suffered slight whiplash from the force of the impact, and the driver of a sedan that was later hit head-on by the truck had severe neck pain afterwards.

Vehicles involved: 1988 Gavril D15 Extended Cab, 2003 Gavril Roamer, 2011 Hirochi Sunburst Sport, 1994 Gavril Grand Marshal.

    Location: Industrial Site.

Aftermath: the pickup driver was arrested and eventually sentenced to five years in jail for dangerous driving, fleeing from police, assault of a police officer (his resistance was such a violent frenzy that he had to be brought down with a taser), possession of an illegal weapon (an unlicensed shotgun found in the back seat of the truck) and two attempted hit-and-runs. The truck itself was found to be far from roadworthy condition, also with no insurance and an expired registration, and it was scrapped, as was the Grand Marshal (that car's value was only estimated at $400, so the owner did not even bother to claim). Had the damage to the police car involved been greater, it is likely that the truck driver would have been charged with that as well.

    Case: head-on collision, September 14th 2012.

Description: an elementary school was taking its 4th and 5th grade students on a field trip to an industrial site to learn about the local history and how the site worked. The trip required two buses, one for each class. The 5th grade bus fell behind due to traffic, and rather than waiting the other bus went on ahead and stopped at their destination as planned. However, shortly after the 4th grade bus arrived and parked, a young woman in a beige MPV stopped at the entrance to check her phone, and respond to a text message she had received. Where the car was parked made it fairly obscure from the road the buses had used, and when the second bus arrived in a tearing hurry this spelled disaster. The MPV was hit head-on and rolled back, nearly hitting the first bus.

Injuries: the MPV's occupants, 18-year-old Lily and her boyfriend Ryan, both suffered whiplash, with Lily's arm also being broken as the airbag deployed. She was equally concerned about her phone, which had flown out of her hand, but it survived with only a cracked screen. All the children, and the bus driver, were unharmed.

Vehicles involved: 1997 Ibishu Kashira DX, 2002 Gavril CB40.

    Location: Industrial Site.

Aftermath: the already-beaten-up Kashira was a write-off. Lily was reluctant to let it go, as she was a self-proclaimed Ibishu enthusiast and the Kashira was not only her first car, but her first love, and she and Ryan had lots of memories built around it. They could not get the car back on the road with the money they had, and opted instead to remove the seats and the radio as keepsakes before scrapping the rest. The bus driver was suspended pending investigation into the cause of the accident, and in the end his licence was revoked. Immediately following the accident, he was told he would not be allowed to drive the bus back, so a bystander gave him a ride home.

Case: Stop sign runner causes a side-impact collision, August 30th, 2019

Description: Perrie, 29, was visiting Italy from France to test the Cherrier Vivace prototype. Talio, 42, was in the passenger seat with his computer, monitoring the sensors on the Vivace while Perrie drove around the Italian town. Gianna, 37, was driving her kids home from school when her husband texted her asking what was for dinner. Gianna, stressed out with her husband, picked up the phone, and started responding. While Perrie and Talio were driving on a main strip of road, testing the car's acceleration, Gianna, while being distracted, didn't see a stop sign right before the main street. Gianna blew through the sign and was hit on the front left fender by the Cherrier.

Injuries: Talio got a pretty big gash in his forehead from the computer being propelled by the airbags and hitting him. One of Gianna's kids, Maria, got a broken arm from the main impact as she was sitting on the left side in the back seat. Perrie, Francis (Gianna's son), and Gianna were ok besides a few cuts and bruises.

Vehicles Involved: 1999 Ibishu Pessima LX V6 Wagon, 2020 Cherrier Vivace 160 Prototype

    Location: Norte, Italy

Aftermath: A few moments after the collision, both cars pulled over to the side of the road and Gianna immediately called an ambulance. Maria and Talio were taken to the hospital and both recovered, except that Talio had a large scar on his forehead. Perrie, who stayed behind, took many pictures of the cars for Cherrier to use in court. Gianna admitted she was on her phone and was finned for texting and driving. She also had to pay for the repairs of the Vivace and had to pay 15,000 euros which Cherrier sued her for. The Pessima was a write-off and she later got a Cherrier Tograc SUV.

    Case: head-on collision, 17th July 2020.

Description: learner driver Ash was coming to the end of one of her lessons, and everything was going as usual. "As usual" included other motorists being impatient despite Ash staying generally within 2mph of the speed limit. One driver in an ETK found Ash in front of her, slowing down gradually as the limit reduced from 60 to 30mph, but this being an ETK driver, she did not want to follow the speed limit- without thinking or even making any observation, she overtook at 40mph.

Meanwhile, an elderly man was waiting to pull out of a side road. He looked right and it was clear. To his left was a mere learner- "they can wait," he thought. He made the manoeuvre, without checking left again- where an ETK was making a dangerous overtake. The old man's Cherrier caught the ETK's door, and both cars were flung in front of the driving school hatchback.

Injuries: the ETK driver had some cuts from broken window glass, but her two children, and everyone in the other cars, were unharmed.

    Vehicles involved: 2020 Cherrier Vivace 160, 2020 Cherrier Tograc 110d, 2016 ETK 844tc.

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

Aftermath: Ash was traumatised by the incident- she had not even taken her driving test yet and had already had an accident. Her instructor was very supportive, and reassured her that it was the ETK driver's fault. Ash was reluctant to continue lessons, and took a several-week hiatus from them, but was given extra support once back behind the wheel and the instructor used the incident as a learning point with all his students. His brand-new car did have to go back to the dealer for minor repairs, but in the meantime he borrowed another instructor's car and it was business as usual.

The ETK driver was found mainly at fault, and was charged with careless driving and driving over the limit for alcohol- though she was not exactly drunk, and had only consumed a glass of wine about an hour earlier, Scotland operates a zero-tolerance policy. She received a six-month suspended sentence, a year-long driving ban, and a £340 fine. The old man in the Tograc was simply given a warning for lack of observation. All three cars were repaired, and in fact the ETK driver was caught driving while disqualified just a month later- this time she served her prison sentence, and had her driving ban extended to two years.

Case: loss of control crash, 9th June 1963.

Description: early in the morning, before dawn broke, a rebellious teen decided to take his father's Burnside for a joyride around the forest tracks. He encountered no traffic, but he was still driving way too quickly for the conditions, and on a long, sweeping bend he caught some oversteer and was unable to correct in time, hitting a tree at over 60mph.

Injuries: the driver was mortally wounded, but died of his injuries before being discovered by a police patrol hours later.

    Vehicles involved: 1953 Burnside Special.

    Location: East Coast.

Aftermath: though the teen did have a driving licence and was allowed to drive the car, his father was extremely disappointed in his actions. Feeling guilty about the accident for letting him drive the car in the first place, the father fell into a depression, losing his job and almost taking his own life- his other son, who was going through a stressful time at school, identified with his condition and was the only person to keep him away from the edge. The silver lining of the incident is that immediately after, the Firwood County Police Department launched a road safety campaign aimed at reducing accidents on narrow, loosely surfaced or unlit roads (where the crash occurred was all three of those things) and it worked- by June 1965 accident rates across the county had fallen by 35%, with deaths from road accidents falling by over 60%. The final photo, taken in August 1963, shows one of the police checkpoints set up to educate drivers and make sure they were following the rules.

Case: Speeding Young Driver Hits a Car That Didn't Check It's Blindspot, April 12th, 2003

Description: Brandon, 17, had just received a used Ibishu 200NX for his birthday and was taking it out for a spin when he encountered the highway. Instinctively, he sped up to test the power of his new sports car and went well over the speed limit. Karrie, 41, had pulled over in a bus drop-off lane to text her son who was having trouble making himself mac & cheese at their house. Karrie then proceeded to pull out onto the highway without checking her blindspot and was hit on the front left wheel by Brandon. The force of the accident sent both cars spinning.

Injuries: Karrie had received multiple severe cuts on her face and arm from broken glass and got a broken leg. Brandon escaped with a major head injury and multiple cuts around his body.

    Vehicles Involved: 1996 Ibishu 200NX VX6-R, 2004 Gavril Roamer 4WD XT Turbodiesel

    Location: East Coast, USA

Aftermath: Karrie, who had her leg pinned under the dashboard, couldn't get out and resorted Brandon to all an ambulance. Brandon, who fell into a coma-state from his head injury woke up about 4 minutes after the accident and called emergency services, still shaken. Karrie and Brandon both recovered and both cars were totaled. Since nobody was found at fault because Brandon was speeding and Karrie didn't check her mirrors, both insurance's had to pay for their own clients. Brandon and Karrie were both given a ticket for $500, and $450 for breaking the law. Brandon's parents, who were very disappointed, told him that he had to pay for his own car and he ended up getting an old Moonhawk Coupe with his savings. Karrie ended up getting another brand-new Roamer and makes sure to check her blindspots.

    Case: head-on collision, April 15th 2005.

Description: Jimmy was proud of his newly-completed Ibishu Covet sleeper build. He had paid for everything himself without relying on his parents or friends, done all the labour himself and it had turned out very well. Of course, he wanted to test-drive it, so he got out on the open road and floored it. The turbo boost caught him off-guard, and when he approached a corner he was going too fast to be able to make the corner, or steer out of the path of an oncoming van. The sudden impact stopped the van dead, and the pickup truck behind had to swerve up a bank to avoid hitting it.

Injuries: Jimmy broke his neck among other things, but lived to tell the tale. The van driver suffered minor injuries, mainly glass cuts, and the pickup driver was fine.

    Vehicles involved: 1989 Ibishu Covet, 1997 Gavril H35, 1988 Gavril D25.

    Location: Industrial Site.

Aftermath: Jimmy would never drive again, and even once he was out of hospital his injuries were life-changing- for several months he needed 24-hour care, and him achieving full independence was unlikely. The van driver sued him for $20,000 for medical bills and lost income, as both the van and the car were write-offs. He won the case, but Jimmy could not pay and neither could his family, at least not without stopping Jimmy's care plan for a few months. The van driver then took the case further, sending bailiffs after his $20k- they seized both Jimmy's parents' cars and several items of furniture, but it was only just enough to cover the amount.

Case: loss of control resulting in cliff fall, January 2nd 1997.

Description: a lone driver had a long journey to complete across the wilderness. The roads were icy and snow was still falling thick and fast, constantly threatening to block his only route. He went to brake for a corner but found no grip, leaving him helpless as his Pessima tumbled down the steep hillside, landing further down by an icy lake.

Injuries: the driver suffered head injuries and a broken arm in the fall, and succumbed to his injuries before he was found.

Vehicles involved: 1989 Ibishu Pessima DX.

    Location: the Arctic.

Aftermath: luckily the driver was heading to a family gathering on the other side of the country, and when he did not arrive they called for emergency services to see if he was alright. It was three hours before an ambulance crew finally stumbled across him, by which time he was already dead, a bleed on his brain being found as the cause. His family suggested that the authorities could do more to prevent this kind of thing happening again, as it did periodically every winter, but the cash-strapped police force could do nothing more.

Case: Speeding Driver Causes Head-On Collision, September 2nd, 2020

Description: Astrid, 31, was on her way to the market when she realized the store was closing in 20 minutes and she was still around 15 minutes away. She quickly accelerated, flying around corners and past the trees on either side of the road. Her phone buzzed with a text from her husband on what to buy. She took a quick glimpse at it but that was enough for her to not realize she was coming up on a tight turn. Meanwhile, Luca, 45, was driving a fertilizer truck to a farm and still had a ways to go on the trip. He soon saw Astrid barreling around the corner at around 60 MPH and the car understeered badly. Astrid and her car drifted into Luca's lane and slammed head-on into the truck.

Injuries: Astrid received major head injuries from the airbag and a broken ankle from her leg slamming into the petals. Luca had no injuries.

Vehicles Involved: 2020 Cherrier Vivace 150d Coach, 2018 MAN TGS Euro 6 18.500 4x4 Offroad Fertilizer Tank

    Location: Altitude

Aftermath: Luca called emergency services who responded relatively quickly. Astrid recovered from her injuries and was found at fault for the accident. She had to pay for the repairs to both vehicles and her medical bills. Luca was very understanding and forgave her.

Case: side impact, July 10th 1963.

Description: Soviet authorities were on their way to investigate a garage in Poland which was suspected of malpractice- in other words, they went out at 3am with the intention of arresting the boss, 46-year-old Viktor Koczinsky, before he was awake enough to know what was happening. However, Viktor already suspected that he would be raided, and had had one of his colleagues serve a night watch for the last few weeks. When the colleague saw police lights, he woke up Viktor, telling him he needed to escape. They both leapt in Viktor's (illegally modified) Piccolina and made their escape, however despite having their lights switched off they were spotted. A chase ensued, however it was brought to an end just minutes later when another car pulled out in front of Viktor, not being able to see him, and they collided. The scene was stormed by police in seconds, with both mechanics being torn from the wreckage and stuffed into the official Gavrils with terrifying efficiency.

Injuries: both men were cut up quite badly, with the passenger suffering a broken wrist. The sole occupant of the other car was also mildly injured, though he was able to walk away.

Vehicles involved: 1959 Autobello Piccolina (x2).

    Location: countryside in Poland.

Aftermath: Viktor and his colleague were both locked up, Viktor for dangerous driving and various anti-Communist actions (supposedly he had been overcharging his customers and not splitting the gains evenly between his staff, taking 60% of profits for himself)- the passenger faced the same charges as he was said to be aiding and abetting Viktor. The other driver involved was supplied with a new car by the state, but Viktor's was a wreck, and one of the police officers on scene, a particularly psychopathic, sadistic individual, decided that they should burn it. Using his cigarette lighter, he set ablaze the Piccolina's seats before returning to the cars to make sure Viktor was being made to watch. However, when word of this malpractice got back to the upper echelons of Soviet law enforcement, the officer in question was suspended while an investigation took place (though nothing came of it, and within a few months he was back to work like nothing had happened).

Case: drunk driver has multiple minor collisions, March 16th 2020.

Description: Amadeo, 22, was just leaving a party at 2am where he had had a lot to drink. Rather than having to pay for a taxi, he chose to drive home. He was so drunk that he barely had control of the car, and forgot to switch his headlights on- he not only drove down an alley where cars were not allowed to go, bouncing off the stone walls all the way down, but hit a parked car belonging to a resident (residents could get permits to park their cars in specific places in that part of town). CCTV footage above the apartment building captured Amadeo hitting the front of the car, then driving off like nothing had happened. He was found by police a few minutes later having hit a wall.

    Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2011 Hirochi Sunburst, 1998 Ibishu Pessima.

    Location: Citta Vecchia, Italy.

Aftermath: Amadeo was arrested, found to be way over the limit for alcohol, and banned from driving for a year as well as having to pay a 300 euro fine. The Pessima was a write-off due to its low value, and the fact that the impact damaged the transmission (the car was an automatic and had been left in park).

Case: Car Leaving Car Show Spins Out and Hits a Rock, July 7th, 2018

Description: Carlos, 33, was driving his classic Moonhawk while leaving a car show and decided to show off a bit. He revved the V8 up and floored it, but, the lack of ECU caused the car to spin and slam into a rock. Many people recorded the crash and people ran over to help him.

Injuries: Carlos had a head injury from there not being an airbag and a broken leg from the impact

    Vehicles Involved:
    1981 Bruckell Moonhawk Custom

    Location: Utah, USA

Aftermath: Sadly, Carlos's car was totaled and he decided to junk it. Luckily, he was right next to a mechanic shop that had a tow truck that drove the car to the junkyard. Carlos rode to the hospital and he recovered but had to use a cane for the rest of his life. Carlos soon got a new car to restore and learned not to show off to much at car shows.

Crash Description: On March 23, 2002, Martin Brownstone (43) was driving his Gavril D-series on Grape Street in Los Injurus, CA. Carlos Ruiz (21) was making a right turn onto Grape Street from Hampton Boulevard in his 2000 Ibishu Pessima SportKombi when Martin struck him at 45 MPH. The Ibishu was pushed onto the sidewalk by the accident, where it came to a stop. The Gavril veered to the left after impact, rolling over onto its side and slid for about 5 yards before it stopped.

Ibishu:The driver's side of the car was completely mangled, as the frame bent under the sheer force of the impact. The frame bucked above the windshield, and the driver's side front and rear doors were completely crushed, resulting in massive intrusion to the cabin. The engine, drivetrain, and electrics were either destroyed or rendered unusable in the accident.
Gavril: Upon impact, the front radiator support sustained a medium amount of damage. The front fascia, front bumper, front fenders, and front hood were damaged. The windshield and driver's side window were destroyed. The radiator, A/C compressor, front left shock absorber, front sway bar, and the coolant pump were damaged.

    Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled:

    Both vehicles were completely totaled.

    Injuries (If Any)

Carlos died on impact, but Martin survived the accident, and was rushed to the hospital. He sustained injuries to his neck, right arm, right ankle, skull, and wrist.

    Los Injurus

Car(s) Used (you don't have to include authors):
    Ibishu Pessima SportKombi, Gavril D15

    Aftermath (lawsuit etc):
After being released from the hospital, Martin testified that his vehicle had begun to acellerate uncontrollably, causing the impact. An inspection of the vehicle discovered that the mechanical linkage between the gas pedal and the throttle bodies had deteriorated, causing the linkage's spring to snap. As a result, the arm governing the throttle bodies was thrust into opening the butterfly valve all the way, increasing the vehicle's throttle.

This finding led to a $5 million lawsuit against Gavril, which was settled out of court in 2004.

Martin was sentenced to 3 years in prison for vehicular manslaughter.

Case: Stolen Car Takes Wrong Turn and Falls Into Ocean, November 5th, 2020

Description: Francesco, 47, had just received a shipment of his new Alpine A110. The car was being temporarily parked outside as he didn't have a spot in the garage yet. That night, Delano, 24, spotted the A110 and decided to steal it. He broke into the car and quickly disabled the alarm and drove off. The police were quickly notified by Francesco who woke up to the alarm and they chased after the A110. They soon caught up to Delano and he took a wrong turn, thinking the pier was a backroad. The police sped up and did a pit maneuver on the car making it fly into the ocean.

Injuries: Delano drowned because the impact with the ocean floor smashed the doors, making them jammed. The police were fine.

Vehicles Involved: 2019 Alpine A110, Cherrier Vivace Poliza

    Location: Right outside Fastello, Italy

Aftermath: The Alpine was totaled from water damage and was later retrieved from the sea. Francesco decided to buy another Alpine with the insurance money and made sure to buy a garage spot before-hand. Delano's family was fined because of Delano's crime and they eventually held a funeral for him, and Francesco attended.

    Case: single-car collision with a tree, December 19th 2003.

Description: massive traffic backups meant that the motorways were completely stopped. After over an hour of no movement, and no idea what was going on, an SUV driver had enough of waiting and decided to drive along the grass verge. Another motorist, in a smaller car, had the same idea, however the speed of the SUV meant that she did not see it coming. After a very close call, the SUV swerved around her and hit a tree.

Injuries: the driver of the SUV, and his wife in the front passenger seat, had some seatbelt bruising and glass cuts, but both walked away. Their three children in the back, were also fine.

Vehicles involved: 1999 Gavril Roamer, 1997 Ibishu Covet LXi (no impact but did cause the smash).

    Location: Scottish Highlands.

Aftermath: the Covet driver stopped to help, and a few bored onlookers did their bit as well. Due to the volume of traffic on the motorway, police could not use it, and instead had to take farm tracks down there- slowing them down, not only due to farm traffic combined with other desperate commuters, but because they were afraid to cause expensive damage to their cars. The Covet driver did not admit fault, stating that the Roamer was going very fast and as a result she had not seen it. The SUV driver did not divulge exactly how fast he was going at the time, but witnesses estimated his speed to have reached between 30 and 40mph. Both were charged with careless driving and received community orders.

    Crash Description:
On December 17, 2019, a pallet of lithium ion batteries in the back of a Gavril H15 box truck ignited on a highway near Norte, Italy, setting the vehicle aflame. The batteries had been shipped to the island from the airport .25 miles away, and were being delivered to an electronics repair shop in Norte.

    Parts of Car Critically Damaged:

The entire vehicle was charred by the time firefighters could extinguish the blaze.

    Estimated Repair Cost and/or Totaled:
    The H15 was completely totaled.

    Injuries (If Any)
There were no injuries in this incident.

    Map Used:

    Italy

Car(s) Used (you don't have to include authors):

    Gavril H15

    Aftermath (lawsuit etc):
The company that manufactured the batteries releasted a public statement declaring that they would begin to ship their batteries in large, fireproof boxes. However, in the same statement, they accused the island's airport of mishandling the batteries, causing them to ignite. The airport staff denied this.

Case: icy road causes problems for multiple drivers at once, November 29th 2012.

Description: a family travelling down a country road lost grip in their Pessima wagon after trying to take a corner too fast. The car hit a rock on the outside of the turn, shearing the front wheel off and sending the car rolling into the trees opposite. They were found by Marko, a young man in a modified Pessima saloon, who stopped to help them get out of the car. As they were doing this, a truck arrived, and the driver offered to tow the car out of the trees and back onto the road. Meanwhile, Marko went back to his car to retrieve his phone and call his wife to tell her that he would be a bit later getting home as an accident had blocked the road. The truck struggled to set off up the steep incline, and rolled back into Marko's car, crushing it into a tree.

Injuries: the whole family suffered whiplash, and the front passenger (the driver's husband) had a minor head wound. Marko was trapped in his car, and died before he could be freed.

Vehicles involved: 1998 Ibishu Pessima DX wagon, 1997 Ibishu Pessima LX, 2012 Utility Truck.

    Location: Polish Mountains.

Aftermath: both Pessimas were wrecked, and once they had recovered the family bought a newer car (though only the husband was insured on it at first due to increased insurance costs for his wife, who had been driving when the accident occurred and who was eventually found at fault). The truck driver, due to the fatality, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving but found not guilty after much debate. He still lost his job, though.

Case: road rage incident, June 27th 2014.

Description: roadworks on the beachfront road in Fastello reduced it to just one lane, and without proper traffic control things sometimes descended into chaos. The only actual accident to occur, though, was the result of an ETK driver's sense of entitlement leading him to believe that he had right of way over an oncoming car. The ETK driver, identified as 53-year-old Gio Castaldi, technically had right of way but the other car had arrived first and not seen him speeding up to the blockage. Gio accelerated as much as he dared to, then blasted his horn and started making "obscene gestures" (in the words of the other driver, detailed in the police report). However, he had braked so late that there was actually a slight impact between the cars, not enough to set off airbags though. Gio was not for stopping, and in his rage he pushed the poor Gavril backwards with his more powerful car- the Gavril rolled back easily, nearly hitting a van which had to reverse to avoid another crash. At this point, Gio realised that that strategy was not going to work, so he mounted the pavement and tried to go around, rolling down his window and knocking the Gavril's door mirror off as he went. Karma got the better of Gio, though, and he had to go so wide to avoid the van that the ETK's wheels went over the edge of the kerb and the car got stuck.

Injuries: none, though the Gavril's elderly occupants genuinely feared for their lives.

Vehicles involved: 2013 ETK 844t, 2009 Gavril Vertex 2.0 SES.

    Location: Fastello, Italy.

Aftermath: Gio was arrested as soon as police arrived and were shown photos of the incident by shocked onlookers. He was charged with dangerous driving, assault and an attempted hit-and-run, and sentenced to three years in prison. The Gavril driver, a 79-year-old man, decided to give up his licence, and was offered counselling which he refused. Mild chassis damage to the ETK when it got stuck, plus its history, meant it could not be sold on and was scrapped, while the Gavril was cheaply repaired and given to the owner's daughter.

Case: rear-end collision caused by distracted driver, March 9th 2014.

Description: a lady in a Hirochi sedan was in slow-moving traffic and decided that she would have time to have a text conversation with her fiance while waiting in the queue. However it did not last that long, leaving her in the second lane of the freeway at a standstill with traffic around her back up to speed. A pickup truck did not manage to avoid her, and smashed into the back of the Hirochi, spinning across lanes 3 and 4 and being swiped by an SUV. Another car in lane 4 had to swerve to avoid the pickup's resting place, somehow missed all three cars and hit the opposite barrier.

Injuries: the lady in the Hirochi was seriously injured and had to be cut out of the car and airlifted to hospital, where she was found to have broken her neck, several ribs, both arms and one leg. The driver of the pickup truck suffered head trauma and a broken wrist. For the passenger of the truck, plus the occupants of the other cars, there were only some minor flesh wounds.

Vehicles involved: 2010 Hirochi Sunburst 2.0 Sport, 2004 Gavril D15, 2005 Gavril Roamer LXT, 1995 Gavril Grand Marshal Luxe.

    Location: freeway, West Coast USA.

Aftermath: the Hirochi driver spent several months in hospital recovering, but never drove again. In the end she was found mostly at fault (the rest of the blame fell on the pickup driver, who received a fine and a warning). The driver of the Grand Marshal was a 75-year-old man who was perhaps most upset by the incident, as his beloved car was destroyed. The Hirochi driver's insurance paid out to all the other parties involved, including himself, and after a few months away from the wheel he put the money towards a new Ibishu Covet, while the family in the Roamer spent it on repairs and the pickup's occupants used it to pay off some other debts they had (the truck was not important to them, it had been cheap and the passenger owned another one if they needed it so it was no big deal).
