I've asked him as I am the commissioner and he's currently working on getting the vehicle in game. Please be patient, and please refrain from asking "any progress."

 

I mean i personally dont care you guys can ask for progress just dont spam me

After the Zephyr is released, maybe you can see if JsZ could allow you use his airbags?

 

I already asked and he says hes not letting other people use them iirc

Will it have a British flag on roof skin?

 

Idk if he's planning on doing that. Although I may recommend that he makes a template for the textures so we can get liveries and things like the British flag on the roof.

It'll be similar to the CRD monster truck mod, where you have a template to create custom liveries.

 

Looks good would be nice to see a John Cooper works version or something similar.

A UV map is essentially a blank skin so people can add their own liveries, etc. As for how you make one...
