the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022)

Hello,
Whenever i try to start the game (after the update) i get the error message "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application." I did some research and it says to turn off my antivirus, which I did. it still does not run. I can run it as administrator (I play on my family laptop until I can afford a nicer computer) and it works fine but then I don't have any mods. I know I could just install the mods on the administrator account, but I would rather resolve it this way.

 

Does anybody have ANYTHING? I really want to get this fixed ASAP.

 

Never heard of that error in relation to beamng. That's actually a windows error literally meaning that it can't run that application

What folder did you install it to?

 

It's installed to my user account (C:\Users\Rob\desktop). That's what I thought too... I have tried reinstalling twice and updating many times.
