this community does like pointing out pirates(myself included), trust me, some pirates just come to the forums and cry about broken mods when they're using a version from the Big Bang, and y'know, keep your game versions updated *wink

 

Not using hacks or a pirated game. I'm not an idiot I appreciate the immediate accusations though

Hello, I am trying to download this mod and I can't find any old version of it in my files. The car without the pack works fine, but when I download this, none of the cars work including the ones from the pack. I know the creator said it will conflict with the new version with the old. But I can't find any old files of it. I am almost about to give up on trying. Plz help.

 

Clear cache and try Windows Search.

 

Hello. Right now I have an issue with the mod where it still shows an error and the car will not move. I attached a photo of what it does. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the mod.

Edit: Still some files from the old mod. I have it working now

So I've gone through every single step from a full reinstall to clearing the cache to downloading the mod 3 times and redownloading it in the repository, but I still get a "corrupt core" error message. The car will load, but the engine does nothing. Really could use some help. Tachometer has no numbers. Engine turns on and off, but will not accelerate and has no brakes. Always get a message that wants me to run in safe mode or reinstall the game to use the mod :/

 

I hate to have to say this, but I think 'corrupt core' actually refers to the game, so a clean install is your best bet... Come back an hour or so after you read this and let us know if it worked?

By the way, don't forget to copy the mods folder to like your desktop (or anywhere outside the BeamNG folder) and then copy it back so that when you re-install the game you don't lose all your mods. This is good for two reasons: first, it means you won't lose all your mods, and second, you will be able to tell if it was a game issue or mod issue as the mods remain exactly the same.

 

Is anyone else having a problem where the police lights are just grey but still has the sound?

So, bro I downloaded the mod and I have a bug to report. So, basically all the windows plus the head and taillights say 'No Texture'. If you can just fix that bug the mod will be perfect but please take your time

 

Did you download both files? there's one on the repo and one add-on pack on the first page.

 

It works perfectly. Problem is propably on your side.
Did you place it in the mods folder? Clear cache. Delete old version of the mod (if you can't find it, use Windows Search). Last resort is reinstalling the game.

 

Sounds like I've got work to do. I already did a clean install but I must have missed something. I still have the same issue. Car loads but can't actually use it. No texture issues, but the engine is useless. I've got the extra folder from this site too. Fresh downloads of it and the repository and still having the same problem.

Complete reinstall, searched for all remaining files on my computer, deleted everything. Downloaded it all again and IT FINALLY WORKS.

 

You'll have to change the seat because this one is from Oldsmobile and doesn't have beige lol
