Sorry for the delay, have been living out my latest addiction...

I have updated the initial post, congratulations to oclynx 09 and Specht77 for making it to the winner's podium.

 

@AbdullahBemath27 do you have the track memorized or is that a custom config?

 

For the FR17 run? I know the first part of the run pretty well, until around when you get out of the forest. It's the stock Scuderia Bolide config.

 

If you want, I have a custom config about twice as fast that doesn't take off that I could give to you.

I'll probably only get around to doing a full run at a much later date though.

there might be a problem due to the pikes peak map being kinda broken i think

 

@Szymon2007 - I just tried the map and I did not notice anything out of the ordinary? What issues are you and @RadeS having?

I wasn't aware that we had a new leaderboard here for the new physics, just found out today so I decided to give it a try:

Anything extraordinary: It was my first run in months, just found out about the new leaderboard and went for it, the tuning of the car is not optimized for the new physics, the brake bias is waaay to much for the back, every braking point was scary af, also the front suspension is too soft making the car too oversteery

Sadly I recorded the whole lap but for some reason the video varies between 3~9fps even though my game was at 95~120fps, so for now, just screenshots

Anything extraordinary: ~900hp, 11,800 max RPM! Power reached 1,000 at one point but was lowered because it was far too much for this thing.

Anything extraordinary: The race was messed up, especially during trail braking. I removed ABS because sometimes the ABS bugs out and completely disable the brakes, crashing the car. Remove ABS and during trail braking, the inner wheel(s) often lock up while the outer wheel(s) still not at maximum braking capacity. Also the FCV has no center differential, it's FWD when engine braking, I had to adjust downshift time/rpm to "control" brake balance, which I did poorly in this race.

My computer is not powerful enough to record video while keeping FPS above 25, so I recorded replay instead, extract the rpl file inside the zip to "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\BeamNG.drive\0.22.1.0\replays" and load the map and play the replay.

I took the freedom to record a few videos from different camera perspectives of your run. Would you mind me making the videos public on youtube?

Playing replays is pure pain as the game frequently denies to load the replay and instead crashes..... I think I had more than 30 game crashes in the process of creating this. Some bugs are even visible like the lights going crazy.
