How do I upload a map?

I basicly put working street lights into the East Coast USA map and would like to upload it if possible.
I also would like to know how to add a Thumbnail since I dont know how to add mine...

There is one downsite though...
The FPS are definetly going to drop A LOT! if you are driving at night and near the town.
In my case :
I7 8700
Vega 56
16GB RAM

This map at day : ~140FPS
at night ~40FPS when I am driving in the town...
[with traffic ( 6 cars)]
without traffic ~ 60 - 80 FPS

I am still adding more lights and try to find a way of getting less FPS drops like only using spotlights instead of pointlights + spotlight. but doesnt look as good most of the times.
