Ther is some issues with caster...ish tunings on both of ETK's.
ETK 800 is a caster tunings work to opposite directions: 0% means standard wheel position, -100% move wheels more
to positive position, 100% move wheels more to negative position, (on other cars work the other way around).
ETK K more complex problem, that wheel arch shifted on fenders according to the wheels at standard 0% caster.
So are both of ETK's have a feature at front axel: the more negative caster, the more grip front wheels have (that not a problem).
Also, both of the cars do not show caster on a number equivalent at "Advanced Wheels Debug App".
Hope, someone understood, what i'm writed.

I just finished reading the 0.19.1 update devblog article and I noticed there is one thing that still hasn't been included in the updating procedures.
There are three small (but very noticeable) differences in ETK models and they have to do with the gauges of the ETK 800 Series and those of the ETK K Series.
The first difference has to do with the K Series gauges, which don't include the gear shift indicator, for both the manual and automatic transmissions, and they also don't include the 'economometer' showing the rate of consumption during acceleration and deceleration.
The second difference is that only the 800 shows the various vehicle information and the travel speed in digits and counting unit between the gauges.
And the third difference is that the 800 offers English and Metric gauges for speed and diesel engine RPMs while the K Series does not! The K Series only offers English and Metric gasoline gauges! I hope these details are added sometime in the future updates!

(The dash with the screen above the central air vents belongs to the 800 while the other dash with the screen below the central air vents belongs to the K Series. You can see the 2 out of 3 aforementioned differences in the gauge clusters.)

There are some modeled parts and lettering for a V12 variant in the files, so likely that.

they are in roughly the same size class (1.9x4.45x1.35 vs 1.88x4.58x1.31m, so the SL is 13cm longer), and the body shape of the K series is quite apparently inspired by the r231.
I'm not saying they're likely to just add a V12, if anything, a V8 is more likely. I'm simply pointing out that the exhaust meshes are named "v12" not "v8".

Looks more like a cross between 3-Series coupè dimensions and SLK R170/R171 styling cues to me. 13cms is quite a difference if you ask me...

Actually had some thoughts about this somewhere earlier in this thread; other than the R231-like front overhang that the 800 also suffers from partly due to the V12 idea pushing the radiator too far forward, I was thinking that the K is largely more of a mashup of a R172 and the F2x-F87 family. The dimensions seem close to the last, just sleeker.

Wouldn't be surprised if a convertible option was in the works and is waiting for the sound/physics interaction to support the appropriate reduction in noise muffling. There's such a large trunk and large space behind the seats that's well suited for the mechanism.

It will be interesting to see the outcome of the V12 parts. IMHO it's frankly not a particularly realistic option for a factory spec car of its chassis components and era, but it's ultimately still a plausible aftermarket swap.

The upside would be figuring out if the V12 has further use. Thinking realistically, what other, probably larger and more luxurious car was the origin of the V12? Now that would be something to speculate on...

Of course, the most realistic option for more power is simply adding another turbo to the 6, but this game has a habit of specifying cars in a unique manner.

Having the NA I6 instead of a high boost I4 implies that fuel economy isn't too major an issue.
My preference would be that one of the larger engines is a NA V8.

Keeping with the theme of more Bavarian-esque drivetrains, a high-rev 4.0 to 4.4L making 100+ BHP per litre in road tune would be quite neat, there's already the sporty DCT tech to go with it, it's a good fit in the 800 too, it's a stupendously good and realistic option to expand on with a race version, and there's even a decent sound sample already in use by the current version of the Bolide. It even fits in the same space lengthwise as the I6.

With a DOHC V8, an expansion on the idea is the option to add some turbos like how the current I6 is handled, so one essentially ends up with the powerplant of almost every large, modern, high performance, European automobile.

Super unexpected wild card option is that it ends up being a V10.

I had a theory that they would put in the V8/TTV8/V12 in the K series as a factory config, and in the 800 as an aftermarket config-

The V12 Could come from a Bigger 7 Series like ETK seeing that most 7 Series had them.

Please make the front driveshaft stronger. I rear end a wall and it breaks.

It seems that when you rear end something, the front subframe moves, breaking the front driveshaft. It really needs to be strengthened considering a 10 mph impact to the rear can break it, and I'm not exaggerating.

I agree there must be something wrong with it. I used the WIP part of my mod on it. With an RWD transfer case everything is fine, but with AWD accelerating too hard literally rips the subframe off the car. Which is funny but unrealistic, even with the 1000hp I've given to the engine.

So I was messing around with a Kc4t in GSP and so far, I've come to the conclusion that its 2-step/launch control doesn't really work:

    upload_2021-3-24_14-50-9.png

As can be clearly seen here, dumping the clutch from redline is anywhere from 1-2 tenths faster in a 0-to-"60" test, and even simply flooring the throttle off idle is a tenth quicker. There's just no reason to use the launch control in its current form.

Imo this car could use a revamp. Not many configuration options, buggy tuning with settings disappearing randomly (yes it happens in safe mode but I can't find the way to 100% replicate it every time, it's just random, also happens on the ETK 800), very weak front subframe, and now this launch control thing too... and it doesn't have a proper race version either which you would definitely expect to have from this kind of car.

To be fair, you can adjust the launch RPM in the radial menu. However I doubt that a real car would have that setting be adjustable, assuming low-line versions even had it at all. Revamping two-step should probably be a global rather than car-specific thing, anyway.

Before the vivace update, manual can reach full turbo boost at launch, after that, zero or even negative boost.
