Hello! My english skills are limited, but i'll try: I want to share my maps with you guys. It's still work in progress. I hope that some of you like it. If something is buggy, please let me know! Cheers! Characteristics: - Island (natural) - Off-Road - Downhill / Uphill Recommended Vehicle (for both maps): Gavril D-Series - D15 V8 4WD Off-Road Map 1: CrashDriveHills (v0.4.2) Overview: Screenshots: Changes: Update1 (v0.4.1) - removed most unused files = faster download (if textures are missing please let me know). - fixed the small wooden bridge (it often destroyed specific vehicles while crossing it). - smoothed some roads (not too much). - repainted / changed a small bit terrain. - added a few details, for example some barriers. Update2 (v0.4.2) - water now has density (was like air; it's not longer possible to drive underwater). - fixed cockpit view (changed wrong rendering value). - added some grasses, bushes and rocks. - changed, smoothed and repainted some terrain (still work in progress). - smoothed some roads (just a little! i want to keep it kinda off-road). - fixed flying tree and removed most grass on roads. - new fog color on the horizon (was way too dark; now should fit with the water color). If there are any problems, please let me know (ideally with screenshot). Map 2: SnakeRoadIsland (v0.2.1) Screenshots: If there are any problems, please let me know (ideally with screenshot). Re: CrashDriveHills It looks extremely impressive to say the least I will have to check this out I might remove the vegetation on it but I will have a look at it anyway

Re: CrashDriveHills I usually drive the pickup. Maybe try the following: Gavril D-Series > D15 V8 4WD Off-Road However, it may still be difficult. I have to smooth the roads here and there.

I will fix that in my next update, but if you don't want to wait, then you can fix it by yourself: Press F11 (in-game), go to the Scene Tree and open "theLevelInfo" and change the "nearClip" to 0.1 (see picture). Re: CrashDriveHills - Update1 Hey there! Ilike! The map has some great anti-pathfinding-capabilities at least to my very little orientation skills! I like the level of detail you have applied to many places on the map. However the roads look all the same actually, they seem to have the same width and the same texture so it's (at least for me) hard to find out on which road of the map I am currently driving on. I came across a spot that has a tree placed next to the ground, basically in the air so to say. <- much looking forward to see your second map. btw: ilikestreets! ( :

I'm still working on the map and will release an update today or tomorrow (i unfortunately have not much time for mapping). That's why I added an overview map.^^ I think that asphalt doesn't match the terrain, so i used the same road texture for all roads. But maybe I'll make the road thinner and wider in some places for more variation. Thank you for this hint. I'll fix that! Some places are unfinished yet. Among other things this will be a prettier place after the next update (update 2). I will release the beta in 1-2 weeks i guess. It will be a bit like this map.
