if you can't mod then you should learn how to instead of blindlessly asking for someone else to make you something. Most people won't make you a mod for free.

good luck finding the minority tho.

 

People with good modding skills are so used to the fact that their work will never harvest its equal in value that they rather spend their time on making mods that they are affiliated with. Yet, on rare occasions a skilled modder can be motivated by a worthy offer.

 

In the sense of

 

TLDR - Few people will make you a mod for money, let alone free.

So as everyone appears to have already said, you aren't gonna find anyone who will make a bespoke mod for you. That said, you can totally look around on the repository and forums and find some pretty banging mods there.

Well, who does it for the money ?

 

Not really anyone. NOCARGO put it rather poignantly: anyone who has the skills to make mods want to make what they want as opposed to not making money back on their time in order to make paid mods. No knock against you - you're new here - but ultimately modding is a lot of work and it's not profitable work at that, so its a mostly a recreational activity for those here.

If you want a specific car, you can use the game automation to export your creations to Beamng.
