Case: Drunk Driving Accident, June 15th 2018
description: a Ibishu GTS rear ended a H series at 134 mph
Injuries: H-series driver suffered Heavy Injuries, GTS driver Suffered a Broken back and a Broken Neck
Location: West Coast, Usa
Vehicles involved: 2017 Ibishu GTS, 1996 Gavril H Series
Aftermath: Ibishu driver had their driving Licence Taken away and was jailed for 2 years because of Driving Drunk, the H series driver died on the way to the Hospital

Case:Multicar crash
Description:A 31 year old cut infront of a semi with a heavy trailer and got hit.Then a 200BX swerved and slammed into the rear gaurd.Then a ETK 1300 slammed straight into the trailer.Then a Roth Alpha swerved and hit the rear gaurd.
Injures:The Pessima driver sufferd minor injuries and was transported to the hospital as well as the 200BX driver.The ETK 1300 driver Sufferd life threatening injuries and died shortly after going to the hospital..The Roth driver was fine.
Vehicles involved:Gavril T-Series,ETK 1300,Roth Alpha,Ibishu 200BX,Ibishu Pessima Wagon(Old)

Aftermath:The ETK 1300 driver was found out for muliple robberies and one shooting.The pessima driver got PTSD from the crash and could never drive again.The 200BX and T-Series driver later became friends.

Case: Rally Crash, July 1, 2000
Crash Description: Billy (43) was driving on the first rally of 2000 in his old Gavril Mione Rally Car, the car he has used since 1985. He was preparing for qualifying when he noticed something dangerous about the car, one of the tires didn't turn enough. He participated in the rally anyway so he could qualify, but the tire didn't turn and the car went off the side of a steep drop and landed on it's roof, trapping Billy inside. Police officers arrived after 5 minutes, but they couldn't pick up the overturned Mione to free Billy because it was not safe to do so. Billy was rescued four hours after the accident.
Injuries: Billy died on impact. His head hit the dash and he had a major head injury, but did not have a pulse at the bottom of the steep fall.

Aftermath: Billy's co-driver, Jim, was not in the car at the time of impact. He saw the car on it's roof and wanted to help, but couldn't, the scene was too dangerous for anyone else to approach

Case: multi-car pileup, June 2nd 1998.

Description: a broken-down car on a 4-lane bridge was inconvenient to traffic during the morning rush-hour. What was even more inconvenient was a driver not looking before pulling out around it, hitting an SUV into the oncoming lanes and causing a head-on crash. Several more drivers failed to react in time.

Injuries: the driver of the car hit head-on suffered a broken wrist, and the passenger of a taxi that was rear-ended was concussed after falling out of her seat (she had not been wearing a seatbelt despite the driver's warning). The occupants of the SUV and another car had minor whiplash but were otherwise fine.

Vehicles involved: 1997 Bruckell Prism 1.8, 1996 Gavril Roamer V8, 1994 Gavril Grand Marshal, 1990 Gavril Mione RTS Coupe, 1993 Gavril Grand Marshal Taxi, 1992 Gavril D15, 1985 Bruckell LeGran (broken-down car).

Location: West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the Prism driver was found fully at fault, though she argued that the Roamer should have given her space to move over. She was fined a total of $900 and her insurance paid out for all the other cars to be repaired.

Case: police chase, 19th March 2002.

Description: a pickup truck stolen from a farm was pursued by police. Before they were able to stop it, it crashed into a civilian vehicle, ran one police car off the road and caused serious damage to another at a roadblock.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1994 Gavril Grand Marshal (2 hit, 1 not), 1997 Gavril Roamer, 1997 Ibishu Covet, 1990 Gavril D35.

Location: East Coast, USA.

Aftermath: the pickup driver was charged with grand theft auto and dangerous driving and was sentenced to three years in prison. One of the police cars was totalled.

Case: Big Rear End


Date: 28th January 2021 (1/28/2021 or 28/1/2021)


Description: Oliver was going too fast on the road and slammed into 6 cars.


Vehicles Involved: 2021 Vectris 95-X V6 SUV, 2015 Ibishu IC600, 2019 Henry Zen,1995 Canadian Ethereal,Etk 800 Series 836tc Coupe,2010 Gavril Vertex NA2,Jalkku Semi EU Truck RX480 Cement Mixer Upfit.


Aftermath: The people in the Gavril Vertex and the people in the Etk Coupe and the driver of the Jalkku Semi were hospitalized and everyone one else had minor to no injuries.

Case: T-Bone


Date: August 3rd 2013


Description: A taxi driver ran a red light and slammed into two cars in the intersection and then hit a line of cars

Aftermath: the 98 year old in the 1990 coupe died the person in the fiat critically injured and everybody else had minor to no injuries

 

Case: side impact caused by lack of observation, 1st July 1997.

Description: two cars set off from opposite sides of the same junction at the same time, each having assumed the other was giving way to them. One was going straight, the other was turning right- intersecting its path.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 1993 Ibishu 200BX, 1991 Ibishu Pescoupe DX.

Location: Fujigoko.

Aftermath: with no mechanical damage to either car, and no injuries to either party, the case was mostly settled at the scene, with the 200BX driver offering a cash payout to cover the Pessima's replacement door. No charges were brought up, and the repairs were made with both cars being back on the road in weeks.

Case: loss of control accident, May 3rd 1979.

Description: a young man racing his modified Autobello down a hillside road caught oversteer in a bend. Suddenly seeing an oncoming car the driver panicked and countersteered too far, rolling the car off the road and into some shrubbery.

Injuries: all five occupants of the Piccolina were killed instantly.

Vehicles involved: 1969 Autobello Piccolina 130B.

Location: near Portino, Italy.

Aftermath: the Piccolina was completely destroyed, there was no chance of repairing it as virtually every component was damaged besides the engine. The families of the deceased (five college friends who had been taking an evening trip to the beach when the crash happened) urged local police to start campaigning for road safety by imposing speed cameras on such roads and having more traffic patrols, but none of this came to be, much to their disappointment.

You'd be surprised how many people can be crammed into these old cars, especially with the rear bench. It would be very full, though.

 

Case: Bus misses turn and crashes into snowbank, January 22, 2015
Crash Description: Paul, 41, was a driver for the Firwood City Unified School District. It was a cold winter morning, and it had snowed the previous night.
The temperature was 29 degrees Fahrenheit, and Paul drove his Pessima to the bus depot and started the Dansworth he always drove. He picked up the elementary school students to school. It was a normal bus ride until Paul missed the turn. Paul thought he could make the turn last second, but he did not make the turn and crashed into a snow bank instead. Reporters came to the scene after it happened. A student, Billy Jones, 9, helped the other students on the bus by using the first aid kit. All of the students have minor injuries, but Paul is in critical condition.
Injuries: All students had minor injuries, but Paul had a minor concussion.

Aftermath: Paul was fired from his job, and his injuries were treated in the hospital. All of the students got another bus to take them to school.

Case: collision with parked cars, 11th March 2014.

Description: a pickup truck collided with two parked cars while its driver was using their phone and not paying attention to the road.

Injuries: the pickup truck driver was the only person involved, and while he was able to walk away he later showed signs of concussion.

Vehicles involved: 2004 Gavril D35, 2009 Gavril Vertex, 2010 Hirochi Sunburst.

Location: Garfield Heights.

Aftermath: all three vehicles were repaired, with two paid for by the pickup driver's insurance. He was charged with reckless driving after evidence suggested he had been speeding at the time, and had his licence suspended.

Crash Description:
Roberto went to Italy to do some street racing.... and lost control of his Hirochi Sunburst.
He hit a Gavril Grand marshal driven by Jack, hit a guardrail, and then his car caught on fire.
Injuries (if any):
Roberto had a broken arm, leg, and had burn marks. Jack had back injuries.

Aftermath (lawsuit etc):
Roberto got fined for street racing and lost his license. Both cars were totaled.

Case: Failed overaking, crashed into a fence, 23 july 2007.

Description: An ETK W driver wanted to overtake a Bitron with 70 kph. Suddenly a red Pessima with some Dutchmans appeared in front of the overtaking car. He avoided the Pessima and Bitron, loosed control and slammed with 65 kmh into a fence.

Injuries: The ETK driver have only a few scratches.

Car(s): 1991 ETK W, 2004 Bitron B2 (witness), 1999 Ibishu Pessima Hatchback (witness)

Aftermarch: The ETK was totaled. Also, some poles next to the road and the fence are damaged. The ETK driver was fined €1000. There is no damage on the other cars.

 

Case: Crossroads crash in Italy

Description: An ETK K-Series belonging to a Bosnian elite T-boned a red Seoil Egos just north of Vizzini, Sicily. The cause of the accident was the Egos failing to stop at the stop sign posted at the intersection.

Map Used: Italy

Vehicles Involved: 2017 ETK K-series, 1993 Seoil Egos.

Aftermath: The sole passenger of the Seoil did not survive. The drivers of both cars suffered minor injuries. The driver of the Egos was cited for running the stop sign and later arrested for manslaughter. Both cars were written off.

Case: Old truck loses brakes, October 1, 2010.

Description: An old T- Series was delivering gasoline to a local port. He was about to park when his brakes went out and he crashed into a Subaru SVX. He moved his truck out of the car and parked.

Map Used: Autumn Italy.

Vehicles Involved: 1979 Gavril T-Series, 1995 Subaru SVX.

Aftermath: The SVX was totaled and the T-Series was able to continue, but was sold weeks after.

Injuries: None.

Case: Crashed due to medical issue, July 6 1997

Description: A women with her 10 year old son was driving from home to the forest for a party. Suddenly, the women passed out. The boy immediately turn on the warning lights, and steered the car to the right, away from the cars. The car flipped, and came to a stop.

Injuries: The woman and the boy had only a few scrachtes due to the rollover and the airbag.

Car(s): 1991 Ibishu 200BX Wagon.

Map: West Coast.

Aftermarch: The car wasn't written off, but was sold a month later. In 2005, the car was involved in a other accident, and then the car was written off. The boy was the hero of West Coast because he avoided more accidents with simply steering to the right. The mother was hospitalized, but she get out 2 hours after the accident. She didn't drive anymore after the accident.
