I am planning of getting the game, but I don't know if I can actually start up the game, I am fine with 30FPS.

Can someone please tell me if it can actually run? Thanks!

IMO Intel UHD grphics 620, Intel Core i5 8th gen, and 8 gb ram should do the job, however beware for if the gpu crashes, you will have some driver fixes at hand. These stats are well below standards for BeamNG, but if it works it wouldn't hurt to discover if you like the game or not, I started out at 30fps too.

Welcome to the forums by the way :)

IDK about that. Seems like you'd be getting a fair bit less than 30fps.

Yes you might be right but that's also not what I meant. OP said "fine with 30fps" and I said "I started with 30fps too" meaning it was fine for me to get along at the time :) I started with 8gb ram, i5 4th gen (still do) and a gt635 2gb gpu and ran about 30fps on medium intensive maps. I don't know much about modern Intel gpu's, but I'm almost certain OP's system will manage to run BeamNG.

I know, i have my latest drivers, only thing is if someone else can get 50 fps on offical beamNG maps, i should be able to get the same.

I really wont see a gigantic difference with 20fps and 30fps, reason is, im used to playing games on 15 - 10fps

a UHD 620 is better than a HD 4000 which is kinda bizzare, but it is somehow true, and an intel uhd 620 is better than a gt635 and a gt720, so i might be able to run it at more than 30fps on medium intense maps, and probabbly get 30fps on highly intense maps, i just realised how big of an advantage i have to get 30fps.

One thing I can assure you is that you won't have a playable game with less than - let's say - 27 frames per second, and even then for people who are running more modern equipment since years this would be unbearable. I can get my poor cpu to run 50-60 fps on West Coast using high graphics but this with 16gb ram and gtx1650 (4gb) gpu.

My personal advice is try to give it a chance, even on low graphics, but if you are really going to like BeamNG you're gonna have to find a way to get better frame rates. Hope this helps.

If this is true, what I was expecting somehow, then yes you are right :)

In which way you don't sense the physics ?

i used to run this on a laptop with that chip, intel core i5 and 8gb ram (microsoft surface pro)
i could achieve 30fps running in 1280x1024 in fullscreen, but anything more cluttered than the east coast map will drop below that, and i could run <4 cars max
i would use the lowest graphics settings possible for consistent performance, but i'd toggle a few of them to the low setting (lighting and antialiasing) just for better aesthetics
