That D-Series is awesome! Stoat Muldoon knocked it out of the park for sure. The front driveshaft sees some gnarly u joint angle though. Crawlers like this are very often equipped with a high pinion 3rd member. It is stronger (low pinion front diffs run on the coast side which is weaker) and is easier on the driveshaft.
ignore my last post, problem with JRI materials/textures missing fixed by deleting levels folder in documents/beamng
Tires feel much better, JRI is looking great again, WCUSA feels more open, the new photo mode is perfect, and the D-Series saw some much needed improvements. Amazing stuff as always guys, keep up the incredible work
Just wanna say BeamNG is honestly the game I am most excited to get an update for. Always so awesome and 0.21 is no exception. Here's something I found on Jungle Rock: odd collisions on this building at the Port (see the nav).
Idk if is is bug, but its :confusing. I can equip 6l v8 diesel engine on prerunner, but I cant equip diesel fuel tank (there is only gasoline fuel cell)
Loving the update so far but quick question: why does the 6.9 V8 use the same model as the 5.5? There's no way you could get that kind of displacement out of the same block as far as I know.
I'm getting very bad shadow cut off particularly on the left side of the image? Is this intentional or something broken on my end? EDIT: Fixed it by deleting the beamng folder in documents, shadows finally don't have that harsh fuzz and blend to it anymore. Thanks for fixing it.
You have a duplicate for some reason, I only have a single one. Speaking of which, the D15 Fleet Extended cab is a pre-facelift with the model years of the mid facelift.
Overall great update, but the most big disappointment of me is new tail lights for D-series included Prerunner's ones. Its not have good red emissions and even not red (but very dull and sad) at sunny day's shadows. And btw tail turn light of Prerunner's have strong yellow, then red turn lights is SO dimmed in comparing. The first pic is front, the second is from back.
It seems that in the default spawn for JRL, the AI cars spawn weird ( Playing in safe mode, and have verified files / cleared cache )
I don't know if the triple screen option was ment to be in this update, but it doesn't really work out for my setup... When I select it, and set the angle about right, it gives a really stretched in view, no matter wat my FOV is.
