Improved Dynamic Reflection Lighting

    Title says it all. Reflections seem too bright when in locations that are underneath a shadow or in a tunnel.
    Here's an example:

    See how on the side-view mirrors it's still bright as day? It doesn't make sense, and it looks like hot garbage in certain spots. So any chrome-y bits on cars, like the chrome bumpers of a muscle car or the chrome rims of a D-Series, just seem to look incorrect in dark areas.

    So is it possible to have reflections either adjust accordingly, or possibly the option to add shadows to the reflections? Whichever works?

    I think the chrome probably uses a different material which is why it doesn't respond to light, it's always kinda the same shade, even in the sun. It's probably possible since other games do it but I imagine it'll require a whole new type of reflection system, which may be (or very well may not be) taxing for performance.
