Apparently I wanted to play the game, its all vanilla. I went onto the industrial map, and THIS; Happened.

I am positive my graphics drivers are up to date, and to confirm the GPU itself is not damaged. I don't know if this counts as critical, but IDK if others are experiencing this too. Its happening on all maps in the game. Cleared cache, nothing, reinstalling, did fix it once but started this thing again. Version 21. (latest). safe mode done nothing so far.
