Lots of "No materials" on East Coast USA

I'm having an issue with East Coast USA where the materials for most structures are missing. I've cleared cache twice and I've deactivated all of my mods and deleted most of them, but it is still like this.
This, isn't happening on safe mode though, so I believe this may be an issue with one of my mods rather than the game...
This has only happened after the last update.
Could someone please help me?

Try this,

Open your file explorer, go to "Documents > BeamNG.drive > levels" And see if you have anything that's under the lines of "east_coast_usa" If so, delete that and clear the cache for safe measures.

Yes, this was my suggestion on this same issue, and it helped me. I wonder if it ever helped the op, or his response was the "I just see this" post above?

 

I sorted mine out, I do not know about the OP though.
