   I have been receiving a error that says "X file is being used by another process", and after I resume the download, it gets stuck in another file. most of them are DirectX files.

   Try to re-install with your Anti-Virus turned off please.

   I disabled McAfee's real time scanning and ran the setup as administrator, that fixed it.
