    MacPherson front, perhaps, wasnt common in 53 though. Ford did use it on 1 car in 49 and 2 cars in 51 but that was the UK and france versions of ford. Very rare at that time.
    Hotchkiss drive was incredibly popular throughout US automobile manufacturers in that era. Better known as leaf sprung beam rear axle.
    COilsprung double wishbones seem common for other vehicles of the era as front suspension options.

    Is Burnside a manufacturer? If I remember correctly, in RoR it was called the Gavril Burnside. Also, looks great Gabe.

    i totally didn't almost call Gabe Babe...

    Burnside is a luxury line of Gavril produced from the 50's to the 80's. Think of Burnside like Lincoln or Cadillac. Maybe even Mercury and Buick.
