Cargo Box and Ambulance Box not working

Recently i've tried to use the cargo box and ambulance box, but when i select it, it dosen't appear and it says that the upfit is empty. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you have AR126B's D-Series addon, that might be causing it. Delete the mod and for extra precautions clear your cache.
