Except for Sunburst, there is no ESC toggle option in the radial menu on any vehicle with ESC. For example: Sunburst Vivace and others
Some opinions... I think the Hopper Park Ranger should have other wheels than the Gavril ones. Hopper is older than the wheels or the vehicle they come from and why would they put them on. Seems weird for a police vehicle imo! Something more OEM or from that timeline like the STX would work better. Also, the config should have a front license plate! And that offroad bumper (for all vehicles) needs a winch. The white Ibishu Blade wheels look they they are glowing or have too much "bloom" or something. They are too bright! with sunlight with ETK-K led headlights
Just noticed the bulge in the Covet 2.0 GTZ is not really functional, since the inside part of the hood doesn't follow the shape and remains flat instead, so a bit of the 2.0 engine actually clips a bit between the two layers of the hood: EDIT: If I may, I would like to suggest a sportier interior for the GTZ trims when the Covet gets a new overhaul, maybe something like this (with a bit more subtle upholstery maybe)
I have a problem: I uninstalled this mod: https://www.beamng.com/attachments/hatchx_200808-zip.705440/ But the configs are still there, and the broken brakes of the covet are still there. What do i have to do?
Details please Go to your Userfolder (default is Documents/BeamNG.drive), and look for any left-over files from that mod. Especially within the mods and vehicles folders
The shadow LOD goes down too close to the camera. It seems to be affected by the angle of the sun as well as, possibly, which map you are on
I'm having issues where half of the time when I load the level with dynamic reflections, the reflections show completely blank. Either grey (like this), or black. Usually black. It's really weird.
For me it starts working again when I restart the game, or turn reflections off and load a different map, and then reflections back on again. And it happens regardless of the vehicle.
I'm having issues with connecting my my phone to the game. It seems the game doesn't recognise when the phone disconnects from the game. to reconnect to the game, I have to exit the steering wheel app and untick the remote control app button in the game, and redo everything. And when I reconnect, it duplicates the controller, as you can see in this pic. It's quite frustrating.
Also the eDiff doesn't work in the Tograc qE because the "electronicDiffLock" controller jbeam is absent in electric version of the open differentials. Code: "controller": [ ["fileName"], ["drivingDynamics/actuators/electronicDiffLock" {"name":"lockFront", "differentialName":"differential_F"}] ], Code: "controller": [ ["fileName"], ["drivingDynamics/actuators/electronicDiffLock" {"name":"lockRear", "differentialName":"differential_R"}] ], Please add them to the "vivace_electric_motor.jbeam"
Sorry no offense, this was only a guess. I appreciate your and other dev's hard work in developing the powertrain (such as the breakable halfshaft in 0.21)
To explain some more, the electric motors cripple the brakes a lot more with the eDiffs, to the point where I don't really like how quickly they overheat when you are really pushing the car. That's why it doesn't have them.
Great update (as always) but where is the knocking sound of the failing rod bearings? Yesterday I played and noticed that no BeamNG engine makes this sound anymore when it's about to fail and I find it a shame since it's a very characteristic sign of engine failure!
