Also Chrome pre facelift door handles, smoker windows, and chrome windscreen wipers would be nice. at least these wouldn't be too difficult to add.

I do think the Early models could do with some more differentiation in the interior though like an Early gauge cluster and brushed aluminum or wood grain trim pieces.

One thing which i would like to see is a V10! Dodge and Ford had those in the early 2000s for their trucks, the Ram SRT and the Ford Excursion and F series.

Since the door handles are separate from the door, I wonder if that means the potential for broken doorhandle meshes? I also wouldn't mind chrome versions of the facelift handles as well as prefacelift handles in a future update.

Stumbled upon this short little blog post thing that had some cool pictures out of Centurion catalogs/order forms. Just thought it would interest anyone here who hasn't seen them. You can get a good feel for what I mean when I say I wish there were more contemporary accessories and Kentarch models.

Since it isn't in these catalog images, I just want to give a special mention to bumper bars like on the Bluebuck. Those were somewhat common on 1980's trucks. I guess these were kinda on their way out by this time but they can still be seen once in awhile on late 1980's trucks.

    Bumper bars on a 1988 F150:

Once again I'll jump on board with this.

The visor and the racerback (see the Sedona, Laredo, and Austin in the catalog) are definitely Kentarch accessories that should make it into the game. I'm on board with bumper bars for that same reason.

I'd be over the moon if the dev team threw in a set of custom Kentarch tape stripes, applied all of those plus some eighties turbine-style wheels, piled on the existing accessories like the chrome bull bar, bug deflector, and long running boards to put together something not unlike the Austin as a second official Kentarch config.

Yeah definitely a variant that's loaded with accessories would be cool, Does having lots of parts on a d series at one time make a noticeable dip in game performance?

Would definitely like to have more 80's themed wheels for the D Series. something along these lines.

Or, alternatively, an even bigger V8, like 7.5-8.0 L

So,interesting thing to note about the 6.9 V8,if you upgrade it fully: Supercharger, max NOS,stage 3 performance block, and race ECU cranked to the max,it won't overheat or blow up.
Edit: Forgot to mention that it only seemed to happen with the Pre runner variant, when it was stripped down.

Is this a bug, or the devs removed the 'full' chrome trim, chrome bumper step, and chrome running boards?

Yeah, I've been wanting a bigger gas motor and was excited for the 6.9L but found underwhelming. Either a big ass V8 or a equally big V10 would be perfect.

Ah yes, because the solution to everything is a bigger V8. I would personally prefer more variety, maybe a V10 engine swap or something.

It is a bit weird that Gavril's biggest motor in anything bar the T-Series is sub-7L, but I can't say I think giving the D-Series one is a priority when there's so many other options for her.

I'd love to see a V10. Dodge used one in the Ram 2500/3500 and Ford put one in the Superduty/Excursion/E-Series. Of course these were generally used in place of a big block V8, but I still think there's a place for one in the lineup here. Perhaps put it on the luxury HD trucks like the mid/late facelift Chief Rancher and high end LWB Roamers.

By this point in history the D-Series really should have a V6. I would use a medium size V6 in at least late facelift low end D15 models and the base model Roamers.

Finally, a second diesel of any description would be nice to see. A diesel i6 would probably be the most sensible as both Ford and Dodge used them. I'd love to see an N/A diesel, I know GM was using an N/A 6.2L diesel around the time of the early facelift D-Series, so maybe we could get an N/A version of the 6.0 we already have? That would be really unique to see and definitely high on my wish list just for the quirk factor.

Maybe I'm just being dumb and forgetting something, but since when has Ford used an I6 diesel?

They haven't used a diesel i6 in a truck. But they use 6.0-7.3L diesel V8s.
