HELP! problem with dark environment on almost all of downloaded maps

I have BeamNG v0.21.2.0 installed and started experiencing issues as in image below. The environment rendering some dark section all around map. I have tried troubleshooting by updating drivers, reinstalling game, deleting all mods then installing again, changing all kinds of settings such as time of day and deleting settings folder, but none of them works. Anyone knows how to fix this? It will be greatly appreciated.
