West Coast USA not loading fully

Help, west coast isn't loading, bridges and building just dont show up, i think its a file error but i have no clue on how to fix it.

Find your Userfolder (by default it's in Documents) and rename it
The game will create a new Userfolder and then you'll be able to move your mods one by one until you find the broken one.

I was actually also having this problem too, only skyscrapers would load and for some reason it would use like 18gb of ram.

Full reinstall fixed it though. Odd.

I guess the dae files of the buildings were corrupted in your case
