since gavril already has the H series, akin to an econoline or express, gavril would not need to rebadge an european van for the US market.

Yeah it’s just cause the vanilla H-series ended production in 2001 so I was thinking maybe a 2000s facelift followed by a rebadge of a European design, like the aforementioned Dodge/Freightliner(Mercedes-Benz) or Ram ProMaster (Fiat Ducato). Also because by 2015 basically every American work van other than General Motors had done this. Even the Ford Econoline which you mentioned eventually got replaced by the Transit.

Yeah, sorry for being confusing. The thing is, we only have one American brand that has to cover all three brands, and I think that the H-series/transit is far more important to automotive history and therefore far more likely to get in the game. (Don't get me wrong, I like Dodge, it's just not the same) Also, if I remember correctly, Ford still develops and produces the Transit for most countries in the world all on their own.

Bruckell is also American, and I think is suppose to be GM since the Moonhawk is a Chevy Malibu and the LeGran is a Buick Skylark

True, true - do you think the Chevy van series would be sold until the latest Dodge came out (the Merc/Dodge), then they'd switch over?

Makes sense to me. I just chose the sprinter as my example because I kinda want an ETK van in the game and Mercedes is comparable to ETK. The Sprinter just so happens to have Dodge and Freightliner counterparts IRL, which is why I thought of having a Gavril branded version.

I completely agree that we should have modern vans, preferably for both countries. The newest van anywhere is the official facelift, followed by the Kashira, then the Wentward UDV (in progress for the Grumman LLV)

This is in my head but I’m just imagining that since the Legran ended production in ’88 and is the most recent vanilla Bruckell vehicle, Bruckell may have gone under as a freestanding company around that time, but was bought out by and became a brand of Gavril sometime in the 1988-92 range, which would fit in with the timelines of some modded Bruckell vehicles from the 90s to present day.

What “official facelift” are you referring to? Is there an update teaser I should see or are you referring to this: https://www.beamng.com/resources/2004-5-gavril-h-series-facelift.14012/

Yeah it is a meshslap. A meshslap is a vehicle with a stolen 3d model and unfitting jbeam, however sometimes the jbeams adjusted.

Suggestion: Gavril Specialty Vehicles Corporation (GSVC) SV45/SV45L/SV55 step vans. Produced circa. 1986-present (years subject to change).
SV45- the base model, regular (short) wheelbase. Powered by the Gavril 5.5L gasoline V8 engine with the 6.0L diesel V8 available at an upcharge. Based off of the H45 frame and available with single rear wheels (shown), although dually rears are standard.

SV45L- long wheelbase SV45, with the 5.5L V8 as standard equipment and the 6.0L diesel V8 available at an upcharge. Based off a modified version of the slightly longer D45 frame.

SV55- extra long body, introduced 1991, 6.0L diesel V8 standard with the 6.9L gasoline V8 tuned for maximum torque (at the expense of acceleration) as an option. The 5.5L gas V8 initially remained an option as well, however it was rarely ordered due to being underpowered in a vehicle of the SV55's size, and therefore discontinued after only a few years of SV55 production. Based off a heavily modified (further elongated) D45 frame, it is also the only SV-Series van offered with air brakes and air suspension.

All factory variants offered with a wide array of automatic and manual transmissions to best suit the customer's needs.

    (Possible) Configs:
    • SV45 (M and Auto)- Basic step van with a 5.5L V8
    • SV45 Diesel (M and Auto)- 6.0 Diesel powered SV45
    • SV45L (M and Auto)- Basic long wheelbase step van with a 5.5L V8
    • SV45L Diesel (M and Auto)- 6.0 Diesel powered SV45L
    • SV55 Diesel (M and Auto)- 6.0 diesel powered SV55
    • SV55 6.9 (M and Auto)- SV55 with the 6.9L gasoline V8 equipped
    • SV55 (M and Auto)- The 5.5L gasoline V8 variant of the SV55. Discontinued in 1995 due to chronically low sales and near constant breakdowns, caused by the underpowered and overstressed engine overheating while hauling cargo as well as premature transmission failures in the case of automatic versions (what most customers ordered). Clutches overheating and complete clutch failures were also problems on manual 5.5L SV55s.
    • The Horrendous (M)- A heavily used and abused SV45L that formerly served as a bread van. With now dull and sun-bleached paint, a slight labelscar of its original company's name highlighted by decades of grime, and rust around its doors, windows, and the bottom edges of the body, this van has seen and dearly misses its better days. Its already poor condition is complemented by a rusted out exhaust, a blown radiator, a burnt out headlight, a smashed up rear bumper/step and noticeable dent on the right side (both results of a reckless former driver hitting things), and a missing driver's side door handle making the driver's door unopenable from outside the van and forcing the driver to enter through either the passenger side or the back.
    • SV45L TastiCola (A)- An SV45L Diesel in TastiCola livery, with beverage crate racks in the cargo area.
    • SV55 TastiCola (A)- An SV55 Diesel in TastiCola livery, with beverage crate racks in the cargo area.
    • SV45 Worker (M and Auto)- An SV45 with shelving and cabinets used for storing tools and equipment along the cargo area walls, and open space in the center of the cargo area for transporting larger items. A small amber warning beacon is in the roof accessory slot. Commonly used by building maintenance, construction and janitorial contractors.
    • SV45 Ice Cream Van (A)- An SV45 converted into an ice cream van. Freezers, ice cream tubs, a soft serve machine and storage cabinets in the back. Also equipped with a rear serving window, folding exterior sunshade, aftermarket air conditioning (same rooftop unit as on travel trailer) and high traction flooring material throughout instead of only in the front cabin. Has an exclusive colorable livery, menu boards, and a custom rooftop ice cream cone in the roof accessory slot (illuminates like a lightbar), with a special tune equipped as a siren.
    • The Suicidal (M)- An SV45 swapped with a supercharged Gavril 423 (aka sporty 6.9L) V8 engine mated to a custom built 8 speed aftermarket manual racing transmission. Also has a single racing seat, racing steering wheel, custom dual straight piped exhausts, aftermarket tachometer and drag tires. Rear bumper/step removed and rear doors welded. Also equipped with Nitrous and a boost gauge, and has a colorable flaming skull paintjob.

I think a crane is unlikely as an official vehicle, although one would be awesome as a mod.

Or possibly as an upfit for the T-series or IYB’s B-Series

    1992 - 2005 Labaz Sluga (Based off the 1998 GAZ 3110 and the 1999 Moskvich 2142)

    "К вашим услугам"

After the fall of Communism in 1991, Russia's economy fell to it's knees, taking most, if not all businesses and manufactures with it. One of the USSR's most luxurious automotive manufactures, Labaz, decided that it would do whatever it needed to in order to survive, including making a car that appeals to both high and low class citizens. That's where the Sluga comes in, which is a radical redesign of one of Labaz's most luxurious sedans. Somehow, against all odds, the Sluga became a success in the motherland, which in turn, helped Labaz stick around until they could get back on their feet. While the Sluga has a few issues, like a faulty electrical system and being prone to rusting, so many Slugas were produced that parts for them are incredibly cheap, which explains why so many of them are still on the road.

    Variants:

The Unsightly: And here you were, thinking demolition derbies were only something Americans did. The Unsightly is a Sluga LX that's been given a front bash bar, removed lights and windows, a racing bucket seat, a roll cage, a open header exhaust, and a Russian graffiti livery.

    L: The Sluga L is the base model, coming with a 131hp 2.3L Petrol I4 or a 83hp 2.1L Diesel I4 connected to a 5 speed manual or 4 speed automatic transmission.

Taxi: A Sluga L with a 2.3L I4 and a 5 speed manual transmission, a taxi livery, a taxi sign on the roof, and a good luck horseshoe amulet hanging from the rear-view mirror.

LX: The high end trim of the Sluga, coming equipped with a 145hp 2.5L Petrol I4 or a 93hp 2.7L Turbo Diesel I5. Other features include fog lights, wood interior trim, chrome exterior trim, premium brakes, and a limited slip differential.

Police: A Sluga LX that comes with a "High Performance" 150hp 2.5L I4, a 5 speed manual transmission, a Russian police livery, a blue light bar, heavy duty suspension, and heavy duty brake calipers and discs.

V.I.P: This trim level of the Sluga was only made available to Government Officials. Comes with a 150hp 2.5L I4 connected to a 4 speed automatic transmission. Other features include leather seats, whitewall tires, comfort suspension, a heavy duty frame, curtains for the rear windows, and chrome bumpers. The Sluga V.I.P only comes in Black, Silver, or White.

Street Tuned: This retired Sluga Taxi has been brought back from the dead in order to have some fun. Modifications include a Turbocharged 230hp 2.0L I4 out of a 200BX, a 6 speed manual transmission, a roll cage, racing bucket seats, a Arnida racing wheel, Okudai KRW wheels, racing suspension, racing tires, racing brakes, a racing LSD, and a slightly rusty taxi livery.

Exterior and Interior: (Based off the LX Manual variant)
