It would be fun to try drive with a wheel clamp a la Homer Simpson in the episode where they travel to New York. I'm suggesting this for modders really as I know it wouldn't really be something you'd use often. Also yes, that's a cartoon and I'm aware the results would be incredibly disappointing but it's just a silly idea I had.
