I thought it was exhaust piping for some reason, sorry for bothering you

 

But it clearly is I4 exhaust and the radiator on the left side is intercooler.

 

The screenshot here shows a 6 cyl exhaust:

Softair mistook the radiator hoses for the exhaust.
Also you can see where the cylinders are located, and it shows 6 cylinders.

 

That's the intake. Follow the pipe, it comes from the cooler.

 

Radiator Hoses don't go into the Turbo though, do they?
I've always assumed that the Bus had a massive 4 cylinder, it sounds different to the T-Series.

The 'Radiator' has the intake pipes leading right into it after it passes the Turbo.
I don't know a lot about bus engines but it don't look right to me.

Is that a radiator or an intercooler?

 

I am extraordinarily confused right now.
I'll check if there are any hints inside the jbeam file.

The sound config of the engine specifies it as a 6 cyl engine:

I was wrong about the rad hoses though

 

The audio sampleName for the bus is called "I6D_bus_engine".

So I was right then? The main reason I thought it was exhaust piping was because it goes in the turbo, and when we were talking about it yesterday I absolutely forgot about it.
