I have a problem with sunburst: When i spawn a config, is completely white, uncolorable. Only, when i modify config, the car returns colorable... What should i have to do?
Hi, it is also possible to edit the clutch so when you coasting to a complete stop, the clutch will not engage completely with revmatch but just partially without it so the car will not jerk like in this example?
I also noticed that. Happens mostly with the Vivace, probably because of the complicated TCS logic. (Vanilla game)
No, this is nigh-impossible. What is "partially" in your perspective? if the engine rated torque is 200Nm and the DCT rating is 300Nm, is 100Nm "partially" where engine braking torque is as low as 30Nm? The DCT torque = clutch engagement % * rated torque. To "partially" engage the clutch the TCU(transmission control unit) have to measure the engine torque and possible gearbox torque in real time, which is almost impossible or very costly, the clutch torque is also subject to ambient temperature, oil temperature(oil viscosity) and wear. The easiest way is to rev match, classic vehicle speedometer measure the driveshaft RPM, modern vehicle measure wheelspeed but the driveshaft sensor is still there, tachometer is always there, the TCU gets engine RPM and compare it to driveshaft RPM * gear ratio, in order to rev-match. Then again, one of the major IRL complaint about DCT is the jerkiness in very low gears. If you want smoothness, drive AT or CVT instead.
NVIDIA crash So yes, I have been trying to fix this for a month I switched my laptop to a way better one but when I start beamngdrive, the main menu doesnt even load, it crashes and displays this message: GPU stopped responding. It gets fixed if I install older drivers, but I also have another simulator (x-plane 11) that requires the latest drivers. what can i do?
Why are vehicle's mirrors not affected by filters, DoF, etc. in photomode? I wouldn't consider it a bug, more like a minor inconvenience, but it can be a bit annoying while trying to take a screenshot with filters.
Some bugs i've found in the trailers while playing BeamNG. After driving the flatbed trailers loaded with pipes, they start to bend to the left. Sometimes when resseting with a trailer attached, the trailer brakes may lock up randomly, without any way to release them. I fixed this by removing the userfiles over the documents folder of BeamNG. Notice that the truck brake tailights aren't on The brakes kept applied even without the truck attatched. It is also worth mentioning that resseting a truck with a trailer attached may give other bugs as well. Such as weird camera positioning, or the trailer not attaching to the truck at all. It didn't happened with car trailers though.
Funnily enough, this is exactly what it used to be at some point in the past. But that lead to some other obscure issue in some random edge case...
If one uses a filter in photo mode and closes the game while still in there it'll have the filter still applied when the game is opened again. This can be fixed by entering the photo mode again. That being said, can we get some more graphics options? I don't really want to play the game without the vintage photomode filter any more, I really love the way it looks.
