So when freeroaming around with traffic i was in a police car crashing things when....

i found out that random suspect ai's can spawn and run from you and i need to know if its a random thing or a triggered one. idk what update it came in im on 0.21

Well.... not common a lot, I have studied it and it seems to occur a lot when there has been a AI wreck, and somebody gets impatient and then the are they criminal

 

now that you mention it i might have seen that happen before but thought it has a glitch ty for helping

 

Yeah. I remember once seeing a massive truck in East Coast smash through traffic after about a minute a few months ago. Feel like it is connected to this AI behavior in some way or another.
