Reinstalling may not work. You'll simply have to gain the car's trust.

 

Sorry if i begin annoying, but how?

 

You can get on good terms with the car by driving smoothly and and not crashing.

 

Understand, but what to do if car already hates me and won't go more than 10km/h?

 

delete the file located at beamng/settings/vehicles/bug/global_data.csv

 

Then I guess just drive smoothly until it will let you go faster. Or, you know, you can just do as someone else said and take the easy way out.

You can also jump and land it then it will be much faster

 

The mod is slightly outdated, man. Just go a little speedy and Herbie will stop firing at you.

And this is a game for crashing cars

 

This car has it's own personality. i doubt any sane personality would like it if you kicked it

This game isn't just about crashing cars; it's a soft-body physics simulator that's trying to be as real as possible.
The crashes are a side-effect.

 

But when i crash it, it do like fire it's not realistic

This particular mod is based off of a car in a movie (simply search for "Herbie" and you'll find it) iirc, which is why it even has a personality.

 

There are 3 configs without the mood swings and you can just remove the personality thing in vehicle settings.
