"Cheaters Never Prosper"

Case: Premeditated Homicide disguised as Road Rage, October 7th, 1999

Description: The story begins two months prior to the accident, when David Matthews walked in on his wife, Sarah Greene, cheating on him with her boss Michael Carlin. Afterwards, Mr. Matthews spent the next two months modifying his Roamer. Soon after he finished his work, he took to the highway, found his wife's Pessima, with both Mrs. Greene and Mr. Carlin inside, and proceeded to ram it off the road. Witnesses say Mr. Matthews' Roamer rammed the Pessima into the ramped end of a concrete barrier, causing it to fly through the air and rollover multiple times, killing Mr. Carlin and seriously injuring Mrs. Greene. Mr. Matthews then lined his damaged Roamer up, and proceeded to crash into the driver's side of the overturned Pessima at full speed. After the collision, a single gunshot was heard from the Roamer, and when the police arrived, they found that Mr. Matthews had took his own life and left a note that said "The ***** broke my heart, so I broke her body."

Injuries: Mr. Carlin was killed when the Pessima landed on it's side after flying through the air. Mrs. Greene was killed after the Roamer slammed into the side of the Pessima. Mr. Matthews died when he shot himself in the head.

Vehicles involved: Heavily modified 1996 Gavril Roamer, 1998 Ibishu Pessima 2.0L LX

Location: West Coast, USA

Aftermath: Funeral services were held for everyone in the collision the following day, and the incident was featured in various crime documentaries and even inspired a episode of a popular crime drama called "The Mind of a Murderer". Both cars were totaled, the Pessima nearly beyond recognition. The Pessima was sent to a salvage yard soon after, but Mr. Matthews' Roamer was sent to a criminal history museum just outside of town, where it sits to this day.

Case: failed overtake and hit-and-run, January 5th 2021.

Description: an impatient driver went to pass a lane-hogging SUV but the outer lane closed before he could make it- he bounced over the verge, hit the side of the SUV and pushed it into some rocks before driving off.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2017 ETK 856t, 2012 Bruckell Terrastar.

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the ETK was found by police a few minutes later in a ditch. Reconstruction efforts estimated that the ETK had tried to turn but lost control due to suspension damage. When it was found the driver had broken his spine in a second crash, and he was rushed to hospital.

Case: police pursuit, February 3rd 2020.

Description: a police car pursuing a pickup truck which had been used in a spate of thefts tried to PIT-manoeuvre it, sending the truck sliding out of control across the highway and launching off a large rock.

Injuries: neither of the two thieves survived as they had not been wearing seatbelts.

Vehicles involved: 2002 Gavril D25, 2001 Gavril Grand Marshal.

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the family of the pickup's driver sued the local police force, claiming police brutality was to blame for his death. Though they were unlikely to win a case against law enforcement, the officer responsible was suspended while the investigation took place- when the family lost the case and threatened physical violence against the officer, he was advised to take an early retirement.

Case: Insurance Scam, 21 May 2003.

Description: A 18 y/o is driving to her parents. Suddenly a Covet brake-checked her and crashed into her.

Injuries: The 18 y/o had a broken arm. The brake-chacker and his mates had alot of injuries.

Car(s): 1985 ETK 2400i, 1988 Ibishu Covet 1.5, 1993 Gavril Grand Marshall Sierra

Location: Highway 110, Belasco, West Coast, USA.

Aftermath: A Police cruiser was driving behind the two cars and wittnessed the accident. Whe the Covet driver heard the sirens they fleed, until he hitted a Grand Marshall. The driver was very shocked.
The Covet (the car was stolen) was totaled and the owner heard about it. He wasn't mad or sad, he was happy, because he hated that car. The officers were promoted and they both retired in 2015.

Case: failed police pursuit, October 2nd 2020.

Description: a stolen truck was chased across Utah by highway cops, however they were unable to do anything to effectively stop it. It easily punched through a roadblock and another unit that attempted to make a more forceful stop was also totalled.

Injuries: miraculously, none.

Vehicles involved: 1982 Gavril T75, 2002 Gavril Grand Marshal (x2).

Location: Utah.

Aftermath: the truck ultimately got away, and was never seen again. A reported sighting a few days later in Wyoming turned out to be a false alarm. Around that time police were trialling head-worn cameras, so one of the highway units was able to capture some of the pursuit on video.

Case: T-Bone due to alcohol, attempted hit-and-run, 22 July 2020.

Description: Diana Pedersen from Denmark, but due to the pandemic in Italy, was driving to get groceries. A drunk construction worker hitted her. He attempted to drive to the highway, what can cause more accidents. Diana blocked him at the front. An eyewitnesses (a 33 y/o taxi driver and a 47 y/o ex-police officer) in a taxi blocked him at the end. They drove eventually to a safer place.

Injuries: None.

Car(s): 2020 Cherrier Miovi, 1996 Gavril H-Series, 1991 ETK W.

Location: Village, 100-200 meters from Norte Exit, Italy.

Aftermath: When police arrived, the taxi continued his journey. Diana stayed in Italy and eventually emigrate officially from Denmark to Italy. She lives in a house in Norte. Diana, The Taxi driver and the Ex-police officer are friends from then. They live all in Norte, so they went multiple times drinking coffee. The construction worker was fired and havn't got any work.
All cars involved are repaired. The Miovi has currently got a new plate.

"Housewarming Hell"

Case: Texting and Driving, October 28th, 2010

Description: While Miles and Sarah Brown, a newly wed couple, were moving into their new home in Garfield Heights, a young adult named Shelly Johnson rounded the corner a bit down the road, and crashed into Miles' Grandfather's Hirochi MusicaFicta Piano while texting to her Mother.

Injuries: None

Vehicles involved: 1990 Ibishu Pessima 1.8 DX, 1999 Gavril H45 Cabster Cargo Box Upfit "Truck It Up", 1963 Hirochi MusicaFicta Piano.

Location: Garfield Heights, Ohio, USA.

Aftermath: After the incident, Miss Johnson insisted on paying for the Piano, despite Mr. and Mrs. Brown not wanting to take the money. Afterwards, the Pessima was deemed totaled by Miss Johnson's insurance company, which upset her very much since it was A; the car her Grandmother left for her in her will, and B; not that damaged after the collision. Instead of being towed to the junkyard, Miss Johnson had it towed to her house, where she and her boyfriend, Eric Davidson, repaired the Pessima within two weeks. Afterwards, Miss Johnson went to a different insurance company, who gladly offered to insure her Pessima.

Case: targeted attack, August 1st 2017.

Description: a criminal who had escaped abroad was being returned to Italy for his trial. He was taken into the country by plane and then picked up at the airport by a police van. Two of the prisoner's associates, who had not been caught yet, attempted to bust him out by stopping the van, ripping the back open and spiriting him away in a stolen car with no licence plates and the VIN plates removed also. However, they were caught and arrested again just minutes later by the van's guards and regular police.

Injuries: the van driver was shot twice, though both bullets missed his vitals.

Vehicles involved: 2015 ETK 854t (x2- guards vehicles), 2000 Gavril H25, 2002 Ibishu Pessima.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: instead of just one arrest being made, all three men were taken into custody and once it was clear who the perpetrators were, all three got the same charges and got thirty years in prison each. The Pessima was searched for evidence and crushed, due to damage but also its history.

Case: side impact, April 24th 2017.

Description: a car driving too quickly on a dirt track approached a turn where another car was pulling out, and lost control trying to slow down.

Injuries: the ETK driver got away with a few cuts and bruises, but nothing serious.

Vehicles involved: 1987 ETK I-Series 2200i coupe, 2008 Bitron B2.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the ETK was written off by insurance, and was broken for spares its driver was charged with careless driving and received a fine but nothing more. The Bitron was repaired as much as necessary to be road-legal and is still around.

 

Case: Wrong-way driving, 15th June 2008.

Description: A boy and two girls (both girls on the back seat) are speeding on the wrong side on the road. Suddenly a old 79 y/o man came up the road and hitted the car frontal. A exported car coudn't stop in time.

Injuries: The boy and one girl (both not wearing seatbelts) were dead, the boy was due to the force of the impact of the girl crushed. The other girl (did wear a seatbelt, called "scared girl" survived with no injuries. The 79 y/o man died on the way to the hospital, due to a broken seatbelt. The export-car owner was fine.

Car(s): 2000 Roth Alpha Custom (car that was at fault), 1987 FSO 125p (car from the 79 y/o man), 1997 Ibishu Pessima Hatch (export car).

Location, Town, Countryside in Poland.

Aftermath: Because it was sunday, everyone in the church nearby saw the accident and helped the injured ones. The Roth and FSO were written-off. The family sued the FSO driver, but they coudn't do much because there is concrete evidence they didn't wear a seatbelt, were speeding and were driving on the wrong side of the road. The girl was completely shocked. She, along with other car accident survivors due to their seatbels, made a campaign for wearing their seatbelts. She also released a book called (translated): "Just wear a seatbelt" and gave lessons on schools in town and in other towns. The Pessima Hatch was crushed in 2019 due to a fire that broke out in a garage. A memorial for the 3 victims of the crash was also placed.

Case: reversing accident, February 28th 2021.

Description: a woman reversing out of her garage accidentally hit a van belonging to her neighbour. She got the damage repaired, but ended up doing a similar thing again to another of his cars. After that, he was convinced she was doing it on purpose, and let it become a major feud. He retaliated by parking one of his beaters in front of her house- where the other neighbours would complain that it devalued the street- starting it up and revving it and sounding the horn at all hours to annoy her, and sometimes driving over her lawn. He also used his van to ram her car several times.

Injuries: none, until a fight eventually broke out and the owner of the beaters ended up with a broken nose.

Vehicles involved: 2021 Cherrier Tograc 160Q Coach, 2006 Gavril H35, 2001 Gavril Grand Marshal.

Location: Garfield Heights.

Aftermath: when the feud spilled over into a full-on fight, the van driver was arrested and charged with several counts of assault, antisocial behaviour and reckless driving, and sentenced to a year in prison. The Tograc had to go back to Cherrier's north American HQ for major repairs afterwards.

"A Pig In Mud"

Case: Reckless Driving leads to near fatal accident, September 29th, 2016

Description: Jason Benton and Michael Patterson, both police officers with a nasty reputation with the citizens of Utah of doing their best to ticket drivers, impound cars, and search people illegally, were patrolling around Utah when they saw a small car show at AJ Auto Repairs, at decided to try and impound as many cars as possible in order to make some extra money for their department. After suddenly swerving to go into the parking lot, they were T-boned by a 43 year old teacher named Martha Samson and her 15 year old son Dustin, causing their SUV to roll over into a small mud pit that was created after a rainstorm came through the night before.

Injuries: Both officers received minimal injuries. Martha Samson received whiplash, bruised ribs, a broken leg, and tore a muscle in her neck, which still effects her to this day. Dustin Samson received serious injuries and was in a coma for two months afterwards, since his brain experienced severe trauma.

Vehicles involved: 1999 Gavril Roamer Sheriff, 2013 Hirochi SBR4 RWD S.

Location: Utah, USA.

Aftermath: After the people at the car show took photos of the accident and uploaded them to Beamchat, thinking no one was seriously hurt, they went over to the crash and soon realized that things were much more serious then they first thought. After flagging down a passing firetruck, they did what they could to help Martha and Dustin Samson while Jason Benton and Michael Patterson crawled out of their wrecked cruiser. After Martha Samson and her Husband Brian sued the both Jason Benton and Michael Patterson for reckless driving, public endangerment, and for seriously injuring their son. When they lost the lawsuit, public outcry grew so much that both officers were force into a early retirement. However, a few months later, both officers died in a 15 car pileup on the freeway in the West Coast, which was caused by Jason Benton accidentally cutting off Michael Patterson's truck, leading to Jason Benton losing control, getting sideswiped by Michael Patterson, and then them both getting hit by a speeding Gavril T75 carrying a full load of Tasti Cola and being killed almost instantly.

At March 20th 2021 in West coast USA a chase with a Gavril grand marshal and a charmand 1100b crashed at a semi intersection, with 12 cars the whole section was blocked off

The charmand driver was killed when the Gavril hit the driver side door. other then that no other injuries or deaths

West coast USA

Bruckel stayr, old gen pessima, chevy corvette from agents car pack, Gavril grand marshal, Doyler beagle, WBIMP pessima, Gavril barstow, Ibiushi 200bx, Gavril bluebuck, Gavril D15, Alpine A110 from agents car pack.

The grand marshal driver will be serving two years in prison for killing the charmand driver and damaging of a few other cars

 

Case: Pile-up due to speeding and lack of concentration on the road, 1 August 2013.

Description: At the lake was really busy. Mia, a 39 y/o cleaner, was going to her colleagues picnicing in the lake. Her boyfriend Leon, also a cleaner at the same company, was also in the car. Jonathan, a 49 y/o buisness man, was with his 12 y/o son Nico driving to the lake. Jaap, a 51 y/o mechanic was driving with his wife Brenda, a teacher, to the camping. At the very end was Nikolas, a 33 y/o Portugese hotel employee. Suddenly a 19 y/o boy crashed with 100 km/h into the cars.

Injuries: Both the boy and Nikolas had serious injuries. Brenda had a broken arm, and Leon had a serious whiplash.

Car(s): 1989 Ibishu Covet, 2004 Bitron B2, 2007 Daewon NX618, 2000 (unknown manufacture) caravan, 1990 Ibishu Pessima, 2001 Escar Egos.

Location, ETK Driving Experience, Germany.

Aftermath: The boy and Nikolas were released 4 months after the crash. Nikolas turned on the day that he could be home again 34, and he said that this was the biggest present on his birthday. He still is a hotel employee, but not 4 days, but 2 days in the week, due to the crash. Jaap, Brenda, Jonathan and Nico could be home safely. Mia and Leon got married in 2015, and are still together as colleagues and as wife and husband. Brenda stopped working in 2019, at the same time as Jaap. Jonathan is still working.
The Covet and the B2 are a wreck. The caravan was also scrapped. The Daewon is still from Jaap and Brenda, the Pessima was scrapped in 2018 and the Egos was sold in 2020.

Well, we've heard that @MiaVon Buren and @CleaningLeon were involved in the pileup yesterday. We wish the injured a speedy recovery!

 

Case: drug-driving parking fail, February 1st 2021.

Description: a high driver attempted to park in a space but ended up scraping another car multiple times before giving up and taking another space opposite.

Injuries: none.

Vehicles involved: 2008 Bitron B2, 2020 Cherrier Vivace.

Location: Castelletto, Italy.

Aftermath: the driver was arrested and charged with impaired driving, and received a six-month driving ban and a fine for the damages. However, he paid to get his car back from the impound lot and was back on the road within weeks.

Crash Description:

• Vehicles

The vehicle driven by Edward Murphy was a white 1985 Gavril T-Series. An inspection of the vehicle shows frontal damage.

The vehicle driven by Ralph Whiteaker was a dark gray 1991 Gavril D-Series. An inspection of the vehicle shows heavy rear damage, roof and both front doors. There is also minimal damage to the left side of the front guard.

The vehicle driven by Michelle Miller was a white/beige 2003 Gavril Roamer. An inspection of the vehicle shows damage to the rear bumper and boot.

• The Scene

The scene of the accident is located at I-64, just passing exit 238. The impact occoured on a straight section of the highway. Speed limit on the interstate highway is 70 mph.

Weather was sunny and clear, temperature was 14 degrees.

Both the Gavril D-Series and Gavril T-Series was traveling south west.

The driver of the Gavril T-Series stated that was traveling the speed limit, with the sun shining at him. Just before the accident, he said the Gavril D-Series was at a sudden stand still, next to the Gavril Roamer. He stated he attempted to brake before coliding with the Gavril D-Series.
The Gavril T-Series pushed the Gavril D-Series for 24 meters before coming to a complete stop.

The driver of the Gavril Roamer stated she experienced sudden loss of power, and attempted to climb into the hard shoulder and during that she was hit by the D-Series.


Neither vehicles was carrying passengers.

• Witness statement

A Bruckell Legran driven by James Madisson claimed that Gavril Roamer was driving at slow speeds and pulling into the hard shoulder and the D-Series ending up rear ending the vehicle. Both vehicles came to a stop and seconds after the first colision, the T-Series colided with the rear end of the Gavril D-Series.

A ETK 800 driven by Andrew Delao also claimed seeing the Gavril Roamer pulling into the hard shoulder from lane 3.

• Injuries

Gavril D-Series driver: Dead on impact.

Gavril T-Series driver: No injuries.

Gavril Roamer driver: No injuries.

• Conclusion

The accident happened in continuation of the first minor colision with the Gavril Roamer and Gavril D-Series, and as a result of that accident.
The Gavril Roamer had experienced engine problems, and was pulling into the right hard shoulder. During this, the Gavril Roamer cut off the Gavril D-Series and caused the minor accident.
This led to the Gavril D-Series being in a vulnable position in lane 4, as it had now come to a complete stop.
Shortly after, the Gavril T-Series colided into the back of the Gavril D-Series.
The crash happened in lane 4, and the D-Series was dragged into lane 3 before coming to a stop.

Upon investigating the skid marks from the crash, it shows that the Gavril T-Series was driving approximary 70 mph and complied with the speed limit.
Weather reports tells that there was a minimal amount of clouds at the time of the accident, and the sun was shining against the drivers involved in the crash.

Weather coditions did not allow the Gavril T-Series driver a sufficient amount of time to react to the accident in front of him. It is likely that the sun made him see the accident much later than if the sun was not shining.
Further more, the action of the Gavril Roamer to cut the D-Series off was also a big factor in this accident, and the sudden stand still on the highway eventually lead to the fatal accident.

Case: Dangerous pile-up, 27th august 2007
Location: Riverside Expressway, UK
Vehicles Involved: 1999 Daewon DS
Injures: Roth driver is heavily injued, and fights between life and death, but passenger died instantly, crushed by truck's tire.
GM Driver is slightly injured.
Daewon driver and passengers are unharmed.
MAN Driver is seriously injured, because damaged door broke an arm.

Case: Crash due to taking a corner too hard causes pile-up, 22 April 2002.

Description: A journalist and a cameraman were driving to their office, when the journalis loosed control and crashed. Because they crashed in a blind corner, no one could see them. In a period of 20 minute are three cars that crashed into the van or each other.

Injuries: The last driver had a broken wrist and the cameraman had a broken feet and his little finger.

Car(s): 1996 Gavril H, 2000 Daewon DS620 Wagon, 1998 Ibishu Kashira XS, 1990 Ibishu 200NX tuned.

Location: Highway Ramp, Route 54, Belasco, West Coast, USA

Aftermath: The van was on the guardrail, so towing was really tricky. The Highway ramp was closed for 4 hours. Eventually are only the H-series and the 200NX written-off. The Daewon and the Kashira are still around.

 

Case: impaired driving accident, March 22nd 2021.

Description: a driver under the influence of multiple substances of varying legalities lost control of his car and plunged down a rock face, rolling the car over and landing on a barrier on a lower section of the same road.

Injuries: the driver had serious head injuries and several broken bones and was rushed into hospital.

Vehicles involved: 2008 Bitron B2.

Location: Italy.

Aftermath: the car was written off. The driver spent nearly a year in hospital, and while already disqualified, this time he lost his licence for good.

Case: Severe not checking mirror crash March 22,2021

Description: A truck driver was 10 miles away from the rest stop he was at from the night.He got on the highway and rode for 300 more miles.When he was almost there he changed lanes without checking his mirros.A ETK driver was passing him.While he passed the truck driver went into his lane.The ETK driver couldn't do anything and he was sandwitched between a seima truck and a side barrier.The truck sqished the car and then slammed into the concrete barrier and it took off his front wheel.

Injuries: The truck driver was uninjured.The ETK driver was pretty badly injured.He broke a few bones and had a few scraches and bruises.Thankfully he had nobody else in the car.He was going to pick up the kids but didnt,that decision saved the kids lives.

Vehicles involved: 2016 ETK 856t,1988 Gavril T-Seiries

Location: West coast,United States of America

Aftermath: The ETK driver later recovered.The car was totaled.The T-Series driver fled the scene.He was later arrested.He had his licence taken away and was fired.
