I think the FPS cam will be invisible. Also I think this feature will be in the game normally, I don't think we will get a new mode for that

Has there ever been teased about or leaked anything, about the possibility of working hinges? I mean they do already work technically but not really.

I dreamed about marker lights since My Summer Car... That would be cool. For Miramar, T-Series, D-Series and maybe Bolide.

 

what do you mean exactly?

 

Well, the hinges mechanics work in the way that you can open the doors, boot and bonnet by ripping them open or being in a hard enough collision. But you cannot open them with a key, like for the H-Series rear doors just to give an example.

I was thinking if something like this has been teased or leaked lately?
It would perhaps make sense to come in the same update as the walking feature.

This is some pretty far out speculation I know, I'm just speculating.

I hope latch doors will be an official content, to make more realistic the game, and to help with showcase and more youtube videos!
I hope this thing will be official for mods too (Latch Door)

 

good idea. Agree, poosible to get the openable doors with the walking feature! Can't wait to hop in/off cars in BeamNG!

 

Mmmh i don't like it. I prefer open the door without breaking car... I prefer the latch mod normal of @StinchinStein

 

Hope the devs are reading this because working doors and hoods would be so cool

 

1. There is a very smol chance for devs to read this
2. It will take a lot of time to that for every vehicle in the game
3. Nobe Grabber should be enough

 

With the node grabber, you break the lock of the door and it can't close anymore.

Devs are constantly on this thread. You'll see a comment rating or response often enough and if you click on any staff member's profile when there's a lot of activity on this thread you'll often see "last seen viewing thread 'update speculation thread"

 

just use the grabber and connect the beams back
