Lore friendly=In-game names such as gavril, ibishu, hirochi, etc. As companies in the Game World. Not lore friendly = real life companies such as Ford, Chevy, Toyota which are not exactly in game due to copyright stuff I guess. The in-game cars are based off of real life cars, but not the same... I can't explain very well..
You do know that you can just slap a Gavril badge on the Trailblazer and make it lore-friendly, and then just post the version with the actual Chevy badges on the forums, right? So it's okay for it to be called by it's actual name as long as it's on the forums iirc.

I really hate when they just slap an in game badge on it and don’t actually change anything about the car to make it fit into the game

I'm in love with this development...I test drove a 9-7X Aero and Envoy SLT before I went with my Fusion. My question for @Mr. Twiglesworth is will you be readjusting the Roamer's suspension setup/rebound rates/damping/etc. to match the Trailblazer's real life setup? Being based on the D15 the Roamer does have that clear truck-y ride quality. I know the GM SUVs still have the solid rear and independent fronts but they were tuned to be very floaty in comparison to the Roamer. The 9-7X I drove had the optional air suspension and it drove pretty floaty with a sporty underlying stiffness, whereas the Envoy SLT had the conventional suspension setup. That was a very floaty plush ride, but on large bumps & undulations you could feel the solid rear axle rattle a bit. It almost felt like it would tip over every freeway turn.
