Minor glitch on West Coast, USA

Hi !
I post here a minor glitch that I found at the exit of the parking lot in town, near the highway.
I put some screenshots.

this is west coast usa. also, this doesn't happen on my end... weird.

Happens for me but in a completely different place. I'd say it's rather a game engine bug with texture Z layering, because we've seen many bugs like this in the past few updates.

Yeah west coast i made a mistake ^^
Maybe it has something to do with my Pc config, I dont know

Yes that's what i thought. Its probably not the only place where this happens.
