What is up with my walking mode? The character always walks backwards and idk how to fix it.

 

Walking mode + Vehicle triggers + New garage locations + Dealerships : Career mode very close !

As for those dealerships.... Classic, Off road, "ordinary" (???), mid range new, mid range used, junk, modded/imported (exotic too? Which I guess is just the Bolide atm), truck/SUV/new off road, high-end, mid-range... Interesting set of options there. It's a bit weird that only 2 of those maps got "junk" dealerships since those are probably the early game stuff and not even on Utah, which I would have expected to have a massive "junk" dealership. Could this mean the early game is mostly on WCUSA and Italy? I would not expect Italy to be early game but I wouldn't have expected a junk dealership there either.

The fact that not all map have the same dealership (moded/Offraod) can mean that you will be able to change map in career mod

 

Are the garages/dealerships useless right now or am I an idiot?

 

Not played yet but I believe it's only for decoration now as we don't have any new garae/dealership mechanics in devblog

 

I can't even find the dealerships/garages

Me finding out about the update this morning:

 

So now that we finally have the wendover what type of car do you think we will get in 0.23?

I say we either get a modern truck,SUV or muscle car or a old one

For the most part that's alternating super builds and new cars.

0.23 is either only remasters or remasters + a super build. The only way we are seeing a ground up new car in 0.23 is if they are 6 months into development already for some reason. 0.23 could be the Civetta and H-Series remaster since those are both "past due" (H-Series cousins got their content a long time ago, we first saw the remastered Civetta back in 0.20 devblog). Another superbuild would be nice to see, those things are almost as cool as ground up new cars and I imagine much less work (still a lot of work though, just less than ground up content).

 

I think the covet would be higher on the list than the civetta and H-series since it's one of the first cars that hasn't had many changes since the game launched.

 

I could entirely imagine the stock car coming in 0.23.

 

The Covet isn't nearly as abandoned as other cars like the Moonhawk or Pigeon, we already saw the Civetta WIP remaster 7 months ago, and the H-Series got the quality half of her remaster and her cousins got their full remasters months ago.

 

Moonhawk, Bolide and Pigeon all lack of configs and details. They also have really bad 2016 textures.
