I also find it funny that nobody has mentioned this, so i'll be the first... wendover KITT.

 

So, 0.22 came out....What do you think, when we will get 0.23? Let's speculate!

I know its extremely early to start immediately speculating but its the nature of this thread.

We have finally reached the end of the list, all of the cars we've ever been shown are in the game now. So it raises the question, Will the devs:

A) Just focus on new configs, bodystyles & model updates

or

B) Will we see a few more mystery vehicles added.

Bit of food for thought.

 

I doubt we'll ever see an end to new vehicles being made, even once all vehicle gaps are filled it'll still be nice to have more than one of each for variety.

This update is amazing! The last one did not have too many changes but this one is legendary! I had the feeling that this time the progress was a lot more than between last updates. Does anyone have the link or the info how many developers are working on beamng right now?

I remember that there was a website within beamng where all the developers were listed. Does this still exist? If yes, please send me a link!

To stay on topic...I guess the next update will be in 4 months as always. And I also think that the devs are working straight to a career mode and an immersive open world with dealerships, where you can buy cars, working gas stations and and and...I own this game since the start in 2013 and it gets better each day! Love it!

2.5% chance devs are currently making beamng.gun

 

I would add another config similar to the older derby config, so more of a banger racing car, and name it The Sadlad.

Between this and the car trailer, obviously someone at BeamNG is a fan of Knight Rider. But am I the only one who thinks they had a little too much fun naming things this update? (Jerry Riggs' auto repair, FATT/Fink Appliances)

Also, did anyone else notice that when you spawn up a Wendover FATT, it has a vanity license plate that gets set automatically? Apparently, configs can have specific plate numbers now.

 

A little speculation from me:
We will get the Gridmap rework in 0.22.x

I think its some sort of 90s american coupe (yeah no shit)
Maybe a chevy or oldsmobile?

 

Yes, configs can now get specific license plates.

 

Cutlass Ciera coupe mostly I'd say, with some touches from the Toronado Trofeo on facelifted model (exterior-wise, cba to research what car had an interior as crazy as the Wendo)

 

I’d say the Chrysler lebaren personally

 

80s GM H-Body cars with a lot of Olds Toronado styling hints, plus a Riviera-esque interior setup

 

A mixture of late 80's GM H,C and E body cars. Mostly H body with the reverse opening bonnet and 3.8 V6 engine options.
