is there a way to wall off the bed on the short d-series?

In the file I attached, you can see that i removed the bed cover on the short d series, but I can't find a way to wall off the bed. Is this something you can even do?

it's been like this since the d series revamp.. are you sure it's a bug and that i'm not just doing something wrong?

replying to myself to say that I don't actually think you can wall it off, in the d series revamp video beamng released, it shows an open gap

 

Hmm interesting I did do it once and the wall was there so idk
