Perfect for the consumer, too, assuming it's reliable/efficient. It's "an car", it doesn't do anything fancy, it just drives and does it cheaply.
Toyota Etios Dat interior tho... PS: You won't be able to find it on USA, Europe... Only at countries in development like Brazil, India... --------- Renault Clio The interior... Not ugly as Etios'! PS: Also, no airbags or ABS
OCD much? I would refuse to drive this car. It's even more annoying then my squiggly lines that they call front window heating.
The fact that something so seemingly simple is so uneven is actually really annoying me. What car is that anyway?
That is the renault clio from the post above, simply cropped and blown up image. Its french, what more can I say?
Yup, French cars from like 2005 to now are just hilariously badly designed. (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here) (imported from here) Random lines and curves? Horrible proportions? Clown faces? Oui, we have those.
What even is that line running from the headlight to the mirror on the Citroen? It looks like an exploded polygon.
You think thats bad? The 107 doesn't even have a glovebox door as standard equipment, it just has a large cubby hole with nothing covering it, its one of those simple little things where you wonder why they didn't bother doing it??? Hit a speedbump (alot of them in britain) and something is guaranteed to fall out.
Modern French cars are just fussy and overdesigned. Good to see Peugeot trim some flab in their more recent cars though. Which reminds me, I gotta post some gorgeous old French cars in the sister thread.
I've just remembered an example I see quite frequently. (imported from here) Misaligned windows, rubber seams that just end at the mirrors, wacky wheel arches, and a shape that just looks too tall and disproportionate.
