Covet missing engine

Before the release of the Wendover i was missing the 1.5L engine for the covet entirely. I didn't bother doing anything about it and just hoped that it would fix when I updated the game. However that did not fix it. It actually made anouther problem, the van is now missing textures for the windows.
I looked through the game files and found that there isnt any file for the covet.
I only have 2 mods installed that add to the covet, the mad max mod and the lug conversions.

 

Delete the Mad Mod, it's really old and messes with the game quite a lot as far as I know.

 

I did uninstall it actually. Come to think of it, that's when things broke.

As for the van, I have the armoured van mod installed.

 

I fixed it. Covet works again. However I’m still getting missing textures on the glass of the police van and the default van. But not with the demo derby van or the flat deck van.

 

If you have texture problems, clear your cache

 

Done that 3 times now. It'll fix it for a while then it randomly just breaks again. But doesn't bother me, plus isn't it just a bug rn.
