Maybe the next update whenever that drops. They don't seem to announce the updates before maybe a week before it goes live. I don't know why they released with it seeing how broken it is. Also don't know why they couldn't do a hotfix update to fix it.

Amazing work guys! imo to nearly match the best Triple Support you need to be able to input the eye distance (and height) from the middle screen, and be able to go slightly over 180 degrees (190 would cover most of the best rigs, again imo)
One step higher would be to input the screen dimensions exactly(and bezel sizes), including aspect ratio, this would then match the best triple games (iRacing, rFactor2, RRRE).
And to be the outright BEST, add the variable of "curve radius" for each screen and correct accordingly.
*or add support for the Rog Bezel Free kit - so that the outer part underneath the "prism" is stretched.

It works now! Great. Thank you!

What I would love to add to this would be some dedicated and configurable keys to move point of view not only up/down as it is now but also left/right, front/back and pitch up/down.

But it's usable and configurable now so I'm really happy.

Also I think the slider for the angle in the main UI can be removed now. It doesn't seem to serve any purpose with the new "triple screen configuration" window.

There's dedicated bindings to move the DRIVER camera up/down, front/back, and pitching it up/down. See Options > Camera > Driver camera for more information and bindings.

Lateral adjustment is not offered: if you're driving a vehicle with an offset steering wheel (like some real life vehicles), then you would probably need to install a modded seat that comes with an offset out of the box.

Indeed. It also must've changed recently. I don't remember this before. True about lateral movement.

Thanks! Now I'm really happy :-D

So it... is better? Still seems broken though. Unless I'm misunderstanding the vague configurator, the left and right monitors seem to rotate from the middle rather than the edge touching the center screen so the transition between monitors doesn't line up basically ever. And Orbit camera is basically useless.

I think the best triple screen support I've ever seen in a game is the one implemented on Live for Speed (LFS). It even allows for enabling "triple screen" on a single screen, and setting up parameters for each screen individually. It's amazingly flexible. Please check it out. Personally (and ironically) the feature I use the most is the triple screen on a single screen feature. The point of this is having a single, big 4K/8K TV (such as 55", 65" or more) in proximity to the wheel on a cockpit and adjusting the screens so they show more information to the sides and both mirrors. This is what my proof of concept setup for Live for Speed looked like:

I have since purchased an actual cockpit but I still use the exact same LFS triple screen features on it. (yes, I've been playing BeamNG on a MacBook Pro since 2013)

Having this kind of triple screen setup on a single screen is different than simply increasing the FOV. Increasing the FOV enough to display both sides of the car like on the image above makes the center of the screen very small and distorts everything while not actually improving anything. The triple screen setup is completely adjustable, does not distort anything, and provides a great experience.

I've seen some motion simulators using this, and a single screen (or a projector) in front of the simulator due to the nature of it being able to rotate and move fast.

The game has a free demo with 3 cars and all triple screen features you can try. If you ask me "what features would you like for triple screen setups?", I'd just point at their implementation and say "this".

That looks awful. It's like an inverted fisheye. And by definition it is distorted, just only in one direction... kind of.
Can someone tell me if they actually got Beam's to work? Mine was still broken.

That's because you aren't driving it... this is great, you get all of the car visibility around you, and the screen is so big you actually move your head to the sides to see them. It's not distorted: each of the 3 "screens" is perfectly represented without distortion, they are just all rendered on a single screen instead of three separate screens. And the screen resolution is so high that there are no artifacts, no aliasing, no monitor borders or anything to worry about... it would probably work better on one of those curved screens, but to me it's already perfect as is.

So, I tried it on my setup. triple screen 27" 1080p. works a lot better than the 0.21 version. but there is a weird thing going on with the centre camera in combination with enabled left and right screen. If you look at the pictures you will understand the issue I think. tried different settings in width and distance, didn't help a lot. tried different cars, all the same weird view. the view angle is not 100% right in the pictures, I'm aware of that. but it doesn't affect the hickup at the bezel. 3.jpg

That looks like my issue as well. It's like the camera is rotating from the middle instead of the touching edge. You could probably also just hit print screen and get a screenshot of the whole thing.

first image is in normal mode, without triple screen rendering, second image is with the triple screen mode on. the settings are also visible in the left upper corner. the view doesn't change when adjusting the settings by te way.

Can we take this and put it into a vr headset?

Mine seems to be all nice and lined-up (using prettymuch same numbers as iRacing)

Guess they must have fixed this now ?!

Definitively still not working for me. It lines up with the monitors about 40 degrees, anything different there's a step. It also destroys my framerate. I still don't understand why they even released it when it's broken and unusable.
