I was wondering if an AMD Radeon RX550 4GB GDDR5 128 bit will work for 60 FPS @ high graphics settings.
or an AMD Power Color Red Dragon Radeon RX 550, 4 GB GDDR5, 128 bit.
The second one is more expensive (at least in my country) and I wasa wondering if I could buy the first one (the cheaper one) and still get 60 fps or more with high graphics settings.
If I can't get that performance with both of them tell me if the
    Asus Dual Radeon™ RX 5500 XT, 4GB GDDR6, 128-bit is good.
Oh, and I'm planning to pare them with a AMD Ryzen 7 3700X
    Thank you!

You don’t need to turn the font size up, our eyes are fine. :)

As for the cards, the rx550 is a very low preformance card. BeamNG (or anything for that matter) is gonna run really slow. The RX 5500 XT however, is a good option. If you need a budget card the gtx 1060 6gb is probably your best option.

A Ryzen 5 5600g when it comes out to the
diy market paired with 16 gb's of RAM at 3600 megahertz cl18 will be pretty good

It has Vega 11 graphics, right? That should be enough until you could get a dedicated GPU.

Dont even bother with integrated, just go straight for a dedicated gpu. Anything about as powerful as a 1060 6gb will be fine.

Vega 11 is perfectly fine, I've used Intel UHD graphics from 2012 and they're garbage, but the Vega 11 is new and is good enough to wait out the Scalpocalypse.
